Our room steward was great! Very friendly and attentive. Bar staff at The Alchemy was great. Staff everywhere else throughout the ship appeared not happy and it showed in their interactions with the guests.
Ship Quality

Lay out of the ship was a tad confusing. Definitely not enough pool lounging space. Especially when the chairs aren’t monitored, people saved chairs and weren’t even sitting in the them. The outside of the boat didn’t look maintained, looked “tired”. Inside the boat, was moderately clean. They didn’t promote people washing their hands when getting back from a port or entering the buffet. People were allowed to enter food areas with no shoes and shirts. To me that is not how to be clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our room was good, comfortable. Balcony was a tad dirty and small.

Bring your patience!! Lots of lines for everything!
Disorganized!! We chose to do easy carry off with our luggage. It wasn’t easy carry off! We had to be out of our room by 8:30am and they didn’t give us priority to get off the boat first which I found strange as we had all our bags with us!
