It was all really great. We're already booked for our second cruise on Carnival.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Sometimes I looked pretty hard for a dinner entre I would like. The chicken breasts are not tender so that wasn't an option, either. The steakhouse was wonderful. Cuchina del Capitano (not included) was great, as was the lunch time which was included. The buffet food was difficult to find due to the layout. Get in the salad bar line but you can't see what is available but you're committed, now. Additional chicken around the salads would great.

Service and Staff

Our room steward was very nice and did a great job. Every person was really top-notch.
Ship Quality

All areas are clean and well-maintained. The entrance to deck 10 cabins under the water slides must have a water leak somewhere because the mildew smell is very strong. The layout is good. I couldn't breathe in the casino, so I stopped going through it.
Cabin / Stateroom

Handicapped accessible--ambulatory. It was a perfect room--a great fit for 3 people, a scooter and a wheelchair. It says "Inside" above but it's NOT inside, it has a window.
Ship tip
Watch videos about the ship, and see the rooms, and restaurants. Research information on the ports of call.
Favorite port. We did the Ultimate Snorkel excursion on a boat that stops to see sea turtles, and a sunken ship. Provided a Barbecue lunch, and a bus back to the ship.
We bought a day pass at the Timothy Beach Resort. Not the Ritz; but we really enjoyed our day. The roof-top pool has shaded tables for the included lunch. There's beach access and we snorkeled. Then we relaxed a lot before leaving for the ship.
