Will NEVER try Carnival cruises again. Policies and operations just not enough to make the journey pleasurable!

Food and Dining

Breakfast brunch took 1 hr to arrive. Seated at table of 12 and many left before food arrived. Asked for cream several times, never saw it. Went to front desk to complain. 6 more tries at breakfast and order was never complete so we gave up and went to Lido buffet. Dinner food was horrible at best. Our table of 6 were disappointed nightly with odd entre courses to bland and tasteless food. Sometimes dessert was even awful. Server was great though.

Not much to see. On way back to ship a sudden downpour occurred. Walked as quickly as rain and a walker would allow. Gangplank at aft of ship was blocked. Went to mid-ship and was told crew only! Complained and was told to write to my local ADA office by crew member literally blocking gangway. Foreword gang plank open. By then we were soaked to the skin!

The ultimate cruise killer! Went to meeting place for wheelchair transportation at 6:45 in order to get elevator which took 10 minutes for anyone with room. Register name and room number and sat. And sat. And sat! 2 hrs later and they were on luggage tag 6, we had 12 which we were given for first off. After 2 hrs we left and walked out. Was put in line for elevator along with over 100 people. 4 to an elevator. 1 elevator. 1 1/2 hrs later we pass through customs and go to get luggage. 1 suitcase there, 2suitcase missing. Went to a supervisor who was very helpful and she found the suitcase at number 4 not 12 as was well marked. All this while trying to get a 10:00 shuttle back to hotel where car was parked. Missed shuttle. Fortunately the company had 3 other couples late and returned for us all. Arrived at car 12:30pm
