The International Cafe was our favourite place to meet and have a snack. The coffee card is well worth it if you like coffee daily as the coffee in the buffet is way below standard.

Prior to the cruise, one of our group submitted the Princess Cruises form for "Personal Health" via fax from Primary Care Doctor. It was very disturbing to learn on-board that no personnel in the Medical Center, Captain's Office nor Passenger Services knew about the form or, if needed, how to ... .

We enjoyed anytime dinning. We would have liked to make reservations for the next night dinning when we left the dinning room. We could do this on another cruise line.

The 8:00pm dining is much less crowded than the 5:30pm dining. The only issue with that option is you have to attend the later entertainment venues after dinner, which in our case was acceptable. The scoops ice cream bar was not good, serving tasteless frozen ice milk with shoddy toppings.

We prefer the set dinning at 8. Out waiter was exceptional and remembered what we liked and anticipated our needs every night. Fabulous dining experience!

The food in the dining room and the International Cafe (open 24 hours a day in the Piazza) was exceptional. The staff in all areas of the ship were very friendly and helpful. Loved sailing with Princess.

If you're in a large group, see the maitre d' and arrange for a table seating that suits you. We were six and chose the late seating so as not to wait at anytime dining.

The buffet was pretty good but I liked dining room service. It was nice to have drinks and food available at all times.

The ship needs an update, more variety on buffets. Pools are nice and well maintained. Restrooms were an issue, we encountered closed restrooms all over the ship throughout the week, some for multiple days.

International Café is a find for breakfast or lunch. High quality food at no extra charge without the crowded atmosphere of the buffet.

Recognize its there oldest ship with its limitations then cruise away Princess should consider lowering its prices on this cruise which I think was on the high side to begin with. I might try a new Princess ship but will not return to the Carribbean Princess.
