Review summary
MY HUSBAND AND I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CRUISE. EXCEPT THE TRAVEL AGENT WE BOOKED WITH MISINFORMED SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS ABOUT SOME OF PRINCESS CRUISE REGULATIONS SO TWO COUPLES WERE VERY UPSET.. WE HAVE CHOSE ANOTHER AGENT FOR OUR NEXT CRUISE THROUGH PRINCES SHE SEEMS VERY INFORMATIVE AND DILIGENT. UNFORTUNATELY NONE OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS THAT I REFERRED ON THE CHRISTMAS CRUISE WON'T BE JOINING US BECAUSE OF Cruisescom agent Teresa Rechy. This is the only reason I did not rate 5 stars.. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR HAWAII CRUISE IN OCTOBER.

We've found over the years that we do better by going to the cruise lines directly to book. If you watch for price changes and promotions, you can save more money than by booking with a TA. Who knows what you want better than you? Here is one instance adding a middle man may not be so good.
