Over all, great job! Princess has always done a great job and we will continue our business with them.

This cruise was very relaxing. The food was good and the entertainment was enjoyable. The only problem I had with the cruise is that the elevators were very slow and that was a little problem.

We went on this cruise as a last minute reprieve from stress. We wanted to sleep, read and eat. WE DID! It was most restful. A great 4 days away from the noise of life.

We enjoyed the anytime dining option and were able to eat at different times instead of a specified seating. We only had to wait once, for about 10 minutes. I would choose that option again.

Cabin was nice. Ship will be updated soon and that is good. Food was excellent and Club perks were great.

One of the best cruise ships we have been on...service was superb as was the overall ship experience.

We were wanting to get away to a warm climate in the middle of winter and really liked that the Western Caribbean had four ports of call in interesting places. The ship was large but was not packed. There were only a few times when we felt overcrowded. Mostly the ship was large enough and spacious enough that we could not feel overwhelmed by too many people. Princess has an older crowd and appreciated that there was not loud music nonstop and some quiet areas on the ship. Loved the ease of getting on and off the ship and the professionalism of Princess cruise.

Been to many of the ports on other cruises. It was okay. Food on the ship has not been up to the quality that it had been in the past. Services have been cut.

Loved this cruise. Princess is a great cruise line. Going through the New Panama Canal Locks is a great experience made even greater by a great crew and ship.

This was our 3rd time on this ship within 5 years. Club Class dining room staff was outstanding, and food quality in dining room was better than on other ships we have been. However, the buffet food was very bland, often dry and disappointing. The cabin steward was just okay. This ship now clearly shows its age, cabins and public areas are very worn, on the outside rust everywhere you look. The Caribbean Princess needs to be overhauled asap. Btw, the Medaillon high speed internet is fantastic, and well worth the price of $99 for 2 weeks.

Had issues with the new Medallions. They are an improvement over cruise cards. However, kept getting charged for drinks when we purchased the drink package. Had to keep running up to Guest Services to get fixed. Also would not read mine for cabin entry. Just not the impressed with Princess. It was our first Princess cruise and we really had no expectations. I would call it average or below. I would prefer sailing with its' parent company Carnival, NCL, Celebrity or RCL in the future and expect to do so unless a cruise we are interested in is extremely cheap.

Excellent trip from day one to disembarkation ! Great choices of food and the shows were awesome. Less children or teens running around . Good for the older or retired crowd like us 😘

Cruise was just ok. The comedians were great but the other shows were not that good. There is not enough to do on the boat. They could of shown movies in the princess theatre instead of all the movies by the pool. The lady that does bingo drives you nuts. The people doing the games were not as funny as some cruises I have been on. Food on the buffet was ok but was cold most of the time and weird choices. The coffee sucks but the cookies and ice cream cones were great.

relaxing - but boring. Food was mediocre. Enjoyed movies under the stars.

buffet was very good. dining room food was very bad. ship needs a lot of work something broke and we had brown water for a day. we only drank the bottled water for the rest of the cruise. the cleanliness of the ship was poor. in fact I thought it was filthy. our stateroom was very clean and our steward was the best we ever had. the balcony was not maintained. the dining room food was the worst we have ever had. the buffet was the best we ever had. this was our first princess cruise which means we probably wont go with princess again.

Excellent time except the St Thomas your. Shows were very good. Wait staff at anytime dinning were slow when compared to other eating venues on the ship. The medillion worked very well so also the internet.

ship poorly equipped for scooters elevators didn't stay open long enough doors closes on me as scooter several times hahhs not wide enough to get scooter past room cleanup containers

The Princess Caribbean ship was very beautiful, and we enjoyed the entertainment especially in the atrium.
