Great cruise line, I would recommend the Carribean Princess to family and friends. Tremendous top notch food and amazing variety for buffets. Very Professional crew, willing to help you at any time of day. Only con was the Entertainment. It was definitely good, however, having 4 nights of Princess carribean dancers is a little too much. Its too similar for 4 nights worth. Comedians were awesome (2 nights, 2 guest comedians), 2 nights of the dancers would of been perfect and should have something else for 2 nights.

Ship was nice. Stateroom was roomy. Always lounge chairs available. Anytime dining a nice feature. Never seemed crowded.

2nd cruise on the Caribbean Princess and it matched up with the quality of the first time during it's 2nd year.

We stayed midship with a balcony - decent room with lots of closet space. Food was good. Loved the Crowne Grille, worth the cover charge - don't waste your money on Sabatini's. Excellent itinerary. Wait staff were great. Kids club was okay - my girls had fun, but felt they could have done more with the kids. I felt they watched a lot of movies at night.

Our cruise was cut short by a broken port engine. Left San Juan on schedule, arrived 8 hours late in St. Martin - all excursions cancelled for that day. Stayed all the next day in St. Martin, no excursions because we were there unscheduled, not much to do there without an excursion. Returned to San Juan that night. Problem with being tied up at the pier in San Juan for the 4 days is that we couldn't get off the boat before 10:30am - all the activities we could find left earlier than 10:30am. Had to be back on the boat by 11pm. Talked to other passengers that had been on the ship the previous week and the boat had propulsion problems that week also. After we got back and talked to Princess, the representatives privately told us the ship actually had problems starting 2 weeks prior to our cruise, but they were believed to be minor and fixed. Publicly Princess is denying that there were any problems before our cruise.

Our cruise was cut short by a motor failure. The cruis ship made it to one port where we spent two days then were told we were going to set sail. once we pulled out of port it was anounced we were going back to San Juan. The crew kept us in the dark about what the plans were. they let us stay on the ship in San Juan for the length of the cruise but who wants to be stuck on a ship in one port for 5 days. The only compensation was a refund of the cruise price and 25% of our trip cost twards a future purchase. But now that we have tried to rebook cruise price has been raised more than 25%. No offer for airfair credit. Customer service is poor. This is second time on this ship. First time was great. Second time would have been OK if they would have steped up to help the passangers out alittle more.

This is not my first cruise. However, it is my first experience with Princess. We had a very uneven experience on ship: Some fabulous, some good and some downright bad. The fabulous: Sabbatini's, Bonaire, Curaao, Lobster night. The good: Most other meals, the wine bar, the gym. The bad: Two meals in particular where the quality and the service were just plain bad. Something happened on that cruise. We noticed that the mood of the crew went south on the Wednesday night. The attention to detail, the service just wasn't the same. That night, the waiter and stewart that served us just made mistake after mistake. What happened? As I said before, this was my first cruise experience with Princess. I will cruise again. I'm not sure it will be with Princess.

The Piazza and the many different venues providing continuous entertainment

I THOUGHT THE SHIP WAS VERY NICE AND LAYED OUT WELL, I WAS DISAPOINTED TO FIND OUT THAT THERE WAS NO CHOCOLATE NITE ON BOARD. THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE CHOICES FOR FOR SATELLITE T.V. THE WATER IN THE SHOWER NEVER GOT COLD ? THE FIRST TWO NIGHTS WE SUFFERED BY TAKING VERY HOT SHOWERS THAT NEVER BECAME WARM( THEN WE CALLED , BUT STILL COULDN'T GET COLD WATER , JUST WARMER ? YOU SHOULD JUST USE STAD. DIALS WITH ANTI SCALD DEVICES ) THERE WERE TILES MISSING OFF THE BATHROOM FLOOR , AND THE FRIDGE COULD HAVE BEEN LARGER.

Ship was great. Service good have been better and staff other than room attendant more friendly. Did not like that you had to pay for non alcoholic beverages. Not this way on other cruises.

Ship was very clean....very well taken care of....enjoyed the decor of the staterooms...and other rooms

Based on prior information I thought Princess cruise lines offered a luxury experience. After being on the Caribbean Princess I googled it and discovered it was a budget cruise. It was indeed a budget experience.

great service .food was fine. amenities great

Big and nice and clean. No problem getting around. Like the separate movie screen area . Food OK . Entertainment left a lot to be desired. Many clubs not being utilized to their fullest potential.

the ship looks old compare to other Princess boats but the service is still princess quality.

Loved the ship and the activities. Staff was VERY nice.

Why are the photos so expensive they could sell a lot more at half the price instead of throwing them away cruises are getting higher priced and this is one way of lowering costs.

EXCELLENT FOR A FRECUENT TRAVELER THAT HAS CRUISED 8 TIMES WITH PRINCESS AND 7 WITH ROYAL AND 4 WITH OTHERS THAT NOT WILL CRUISE AGAIN

I really appreciate the fact that you did a good job of seperating us by age and interest group. You provided a sabath service for the Jews. Why not a Sunday service for Christians. Your scedule forced us to miss two Sunday sevices.

Can't imagine choosing a better combination of ports of call. Loved every stop.
