We enjoyed all the many things offered to us on this crusie. We picked this trip as a way to just relax with the days at sea and that's what we did RELAXED. We toured once and walked the two cities shopping and enjoying the sites. We ate until we felt like we would bust :)) The weather was wonderful and the service first class. Your shows at night were the best we have seen at sea. Everyone was very plesant and friendly. Our Room Steward, Anthony! Room A601, was the best. He was always ready to go 120 % to provided us with all of our requests. We look foreward to traveling with your line again and have now moved Princess to our number one spot when picking cruise lines. Thank you again for a great trip. Vern & Shirley

I went on my cruise feeling great. After the first night sleeping on my bed I could barely move. My bed was awful! It had more lumps and sags in it than any bed I have ever slept on. I nearly fell out of bed . It had no support in it. I called the front desk and my cabin steward and was told there wasn't one extra mattress on board to exchange for it. My cabin steward Sergio tried very hard to try and fix the bed by adding an egg foam cover and about ten towels under the mattress to add support. He did make it better; but shame on Princess Line not having a replacement mattress anywhere on board. I'm going to see a Chiropractor to try and fix my back. We just became Platinum members and were planning a fourteen day cruise and tour on Princess in Alaska but I'm not so sure now.

recomend this ship,food was excellent, activities not really geared for younger really active crowd but great gym and classes. ports were interesting, loved the days at sea.

Was not satisfied with accomadations. Should have ben told about the Gay groop on this ship and give me a choise of ship.

The ship was beautiful, staff; incredible, food; delicious, service; fantastic, shows; delightful, cruise director; extremely funny and also great at his job.

the ship was beautiful the staff were wonderful the food was good....but we did not get the service we paid for.....bottom line princess should have taken the loss and cancelled the cruise...i feel very disrespected...I put my trust in them to have a plan \"B\" but there was not one...we were left stranded in boston and had to rent a car on our own and drive back to canada...myself and three other women....we lost the money for our flight and extreme inconvenience and stress...I want to be compensated

The ship is beautiful. Due to hurricane Sandy the Bermuda visit was canceled and we rode out the storm pier-side in Boston for two extra cruise days, courtesy of Princess. The crew response was commendable, but Princess should have notified all passengers by email, telephone, or any method, the warning about parking at the Red Hook terminal. We only found out by accidental good luck in searching the internet for info, or our car would have been destroyed on the pier as many others were who didn't know. These people arrived for departure with no alternative except to leave their car and they are justifiably angry.

It was almost exactly like the Emeral of Seas that we sailed to the Carribbean. A beautiful ship with too many amenities to described.

It was a great cruise, and it was to an area of the USA and Canada that I had never been to before.

Ship is dated. Needs some renovating and updating. Thought we were shortchanged with the shows. None lasted longer than 35 minutes. Found the cocktail service to not be on par with higher level restaurants. Dining room service was adequate but was not impressed with dining room menus. For instance, usually only two new entrees appeared each dinner menu. Had to refuse fish offering the first evening due to fishy smell. Was afraid to order seafood again during the cruise.

This is a beautiful, clean, friendly ship, I don't think you could ask for much more for a relaxing all inclusive get away, love the fact they have 2 dress up nights, went on another cruise line that has none an everyone seemed much more sloppier dressed allll the time.

We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff. All the staff was most knowledgeable. The Princess Patter was my evening reading material, as it was filled with great information and was must to read. The ship was very clean and someone was always there to make it cleaner.

Crew was exceptional - very happy atmosphere and very friendly. Felt welcome from the moment we finally got to the ship. Food was very good in Horizon Court - still not a fan of Caribe Cafe. Our Stewardess, Maria, was absolutely a jewel. Always there, went the extra effort to please us, which she did superbly. Tour desk was always friendly and helpful. Activities that we attended were fun.

The door to the room was too narrow for my walker and the corridors were very narrow and always full of carts making it impossible for me to pass. The food was very good and the crew was wonderful. We did not take any ship sponsored trips but they were very expensive -- we hired taxis and found it to be very satisfactory.

This was a wonderful cruise. I have heard several negatives about the ship re: mechanical issues. I would still recommend but which that they had cancelled the first port of call and not one further down the line.

Older ship, but very clean. Wait staff were adaquate, but not friendlly. (We were anytime dining.) Princess not effecient with dining, because they allow anyone access to anytime dining, which made it difficult to get setting at peak times. The entertainment was very good, with a new change to shorter events and more light effects, which improved the performances. Our room attendant was VERY deficient in English and could barely communicate our needs. (Bed linens were not changed daily and we had to send notes to have them changed!) We have cruised often and this was the first time we had been turned away from an evening production, which was dissapointing. Princess' policy of "nickel and diming" you for everything, was also dissapointing. Having said this, we enjoyed the cruise because of great ports of call, and this was why we choose this cruise. However, we will begin to look at other cruise lines in the future for our cruise needs. Princess is loosing our loyalty. (We are Premium cllub members.)

The ship layout was one of my favorites. The food was great and the itinerary was the best one available. The crew was great and friendly and the wait staff was really good.
