Review summary

We have previously cruised the eastern Caribbean and this cruise was mainly a break in the sun so we did not take many trips. Britannia is a good ship and the only real criticism is the dumbing down of the sail away by banning flags and “British” anthems.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Excellent. Cases loaded to plane in Birmingham and next time we saw them they were outside cabin door. Transfer from Airport to Cruise ship was brilliant. Straight from plane to ship with no formalities.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
All good as expected.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Tha last sail away was disappointing as no “last night of proms” music which lead to a reduced atmosphere and only a few dancers. This needs to be reinstated Ships cast worked hard and produced several great shows. Especially the Circus and Astonishing.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom
