3rd time on this ship. Favorite. Planning another cruise soon.

The entire cruise was fantastic. There were plenty of activities throughout the ship at any time of the day/night. Everything was clean and nice. The food was fantastic. If you don’t find something you like, you just aren’t trying very hard. Obviously, the main pool area is crowded if you don’t get there early, but there are plenty of places on the ship you can chill and people watch. Overall, it was a great time!

The cruise itself was very nice. The room had lots of storage for an ocean view room. The bathroom was small but that's to be expected. The food was very good and the steaks in the specialty restaurants were excellent. There could've been more to do but I guess it's a matter of opinion, plus, this was one of the smaller ships so I didn't expect a whole load of things to do. What I didn't like is Royal Caribbean itself. On the first day the toilet in my bathroom stopped working. I called housekeeping who connected me to maintenance. They told me they didn't know how long it would take to fix the problem. Well that was at about 8pm. I wasn't feeling well so I had to throw up in a toilet I could flush. My husband and my son went out in the hall to find a bathroom that worked...everyone bathroom on the same LINE as mine was out, so the entire front of the ship was not working. The next morning at about 9am I went to the passenger services desk and they still didn't have an answer. There was no apology and no offer on how to make things better. All I was told was that it would be fixed as soon as possible. It was about 6pm when I went to my cabin to check and the toilet was working. No apologies, nothing to make it better. A simple on board credit doesn't cost the company anything and would have make a world of difference to me. Let's just say it left a real bad impression.

We sailed Brilliance of the Seas on Aprill 11-15 and it was great. Every single crew member was very helpful and simply fantastic. Although the ship is an older one, the atmosphere and energy was absolutely awesome. We will definitely be back on this ship.

Almost every part of this cruise was enjoyable, service was great, ship was clean. Great for a wknd get away. Ship is small, so I wouldnt recommend staying on for longer than 3 or 4 day. NOT for the out of towners, if you dont live in where the ship docked I wouldn't recommend taking this cruise. Take a longer cruise on a bigger ship, Not because of size but because of limited activities for only a 3 or 4 day cruise. ALSO .....Beware for the smell of smoke near casino! On a smaller ship its easier for smell to travel.

Don't bother with The Key purchase. Overall, the cruise was relaxing, the atmosphere was good. Smoke fumes got progressively worse each day.

Another Great cruise on Brilliance! Great ship to go out of TPA and make it under the skyway😜 Too bad she doesn’t come back till November, as the 4 & 5 night cruises out of TPA are Great

Great experience first time sailing with Royal and I will return on a bigger ship!! Great crew from begging to end!!

For my first cruise it was perfect the only suggestion I would have would be to pay for your internet especially if you know you have those down times when you want to play games on your phone or you want to be able to chat with your family or friends that you're on the boat with and don't know where they're at it anytime so it is worth it to do it before you get on the ship because it is cheaper. But overall I had a wonderful time and I really am looking forward to doing it again.

Brilliance was a great ship with an outstanding crew! Really enjoyed all the delicious dinners in the MDR. The Bailamos show was an incredible vocal act. The adult Solarium is truly a treat for cruisers who need an Option from the hot sun.

Although the weather was a little cooler and windier than we would have liked, we had lots of fun. Would not go on Brilliance again as it did not take the waves well and rocked a lot on our way back to Tampa. Staff was excellent and very attentive. Main pool area very crowded and difficult to get a chair. Buffet food average, dining room food great.

Good crew, good ship, good main dining, buffet selection though needs more fish selection, only one per lunch.

Beautiful ship and very kind crew. Everything was always pretty clean.

We sailed March 14th through the 18th. First time cruising out of Tampa, and first time on a smaller ship. There were a few areas that showed signs of wear, but overall we were impressed. Service was excellent, food was pretty good, drinks were ok, shows were great, and the staff was amazing. We live near Tampa and paid for Valet Port Parking. If you are driving to the port, I definitely recommend it. We pulled up and a porter met us at the car and took our luggage. When we got off the ship, we used a porter to bypass the line for customs. Valet brought our car over, we loaded up and were home in less than an hour.

Loved every minute of the cruise! The spa was excellent. Go on the spa tour the first day and you can get some great deals at the spa.

This was a great first cruise fro first time cruisers. So many sights to see and places to go. We can't wait to schedule our next one.
