Breakfast was the best the omelette station gets a five stars. Chops specialty restaurant, food was excellent however we didn't have a great server ( he didn't talk or explain anything to us) we order to much food. We met the Mr. Pedro Cavaleiro Restaurant Operations Manager who took time to listen to our concerns and highlights about our experience at Chops, night time snack area, and the dinning room. He invited us to Giovanni's specialty restaurant where we had great experience. I would personally like to thank Mr. Cavaleiro for listening to our concerns and affording us a different opportunity to experience Brilliance of the Sea specialty restaurant!! Dinner room experience was great with Rama and Ivy who did a superb job in taking care of our every needs. Buffet was good.
