Review summary

This cruise line does not compare with Oceania, Viking Ocean or Windstar. As evidenced by the fact that there is an up charge for the speciality restaurants, a charge for certain activities such as the computer class and the movies were $12. I just seemed tacky to put these extra charges on. This was not a cheap cruise and i am sure that Azamara considers itself a quality line. It is my opinion that we get more for our money with the aforementioned lines.

Lengthy. Required filling out a second copy of papers already filled out. Communication regarding two copies could have saved time. Also, line held up to board ship and no explanation given

The best show was when the cruise director performed. She was excellent. The other performances were lacking.

The shower was much too small and the shower curtains, have to go. I can only imagine how many germs are on them.

The port was excellent. We had problems with two tours. One ended an hour early and we were given a $35.20 refund, and the other, the guide could not project and speak to a group. she continually had her back to the group. We left the tour and went off on our own.

I gave this a three star because we traveled for two and a half days to be in this port for less than 12 hours. Much more time was needed in this port. The special night was held in this port and was sadly lacking.
