A 28 day translantic cruise total relaxation had a wonderful time going again. Did all tours independently just by getting a local taxi felt very safe the taxis were modern and clean and the drivers would do anything to pleaseEmbarkation

The food in the MDR Was generally good as was the service. The buffet was great the staff were friendly always helpful and smiling. The Ocean Grill didn’t warrant the supplement charge
Onboard Activities
You can do as much as you want plenty to keep you occupied or not in my case
Entertainment
Headliners always worth watching some interesting guest speakers

Cabin / Stateroom
D51 is an accessible cabin very comfortable with a large balcony kept spotless by our steward
Ports of call
Took a taxi tour it was the best of our short visits. We toured both sides of the island ( French & Dutch ) Maho Beach is great with aircraft landing over the beach. We found the Hard Rock Cafe spent a couple of hours on the beach and took the water taxi back to the ship it was a great day

We celebrated our 25th anniversary here. This year is our 40th. Due to health reasons I can no longer fly to destinations however cruising is a perfect way to travel. We spent the day at The Spice Island Beach Resort which we had arranged prior to the cruise. They don’t usually have day passes but as we were previous guests they gave us beach towels and sun beds and a BBQ lunch it was a wonderful day
We’ve been to Madeira many times done the tours so we went for a wander around town and the promenade
Disappointed it was raining we didn’t leave the ship until 11:30 we found a taxi who gave us a tour of the island we had some time on the beach at Carlisle Bay
Took a taxi ride from the port knowledgeable driver drove us to places of interest enjoyed the trip
After 6 sea days our last stop we found a Tuc Tuc and went for a tour Quite interesting very similar to Madeira
Disembarkation
Had to wait a little longer due to a mechanical problem no big deal
