Great with some Exceptions by tomyoung

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Anthem of the Seas

As previously described all was good to great on Anthem. However we decided to do April Cruise instead of May to Go on Anthem's last cruise in the U.S.. Major mistake. 1500- kids on board. Free Range Children running wild for 7 Days. Totally disruptive for the most part with minimal exception. During Virtual Symphony we had to call for attendants to stop unruly Brats from running all over the theater. It lasted till attendants left and free range parents sat at the bar using their drink PKG. Running in the Hallways rampant entire cruise. Best behaved children some but very few U.S. children and all Chinese Children. I guess they still teach manners in China. Maybe China can put a course on raising children on Tik Tok

A multi generational fun experience by jamesmcaballero

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Anthem of the Seas

It was a good cruise enjoyed by my wife, two adult children and five grandchildren. Getting on and off ship was easy. Ports of call were varied and appealed to all ages. Food was good and service was outstanding.

Best ever SCI cruise by gjbridge

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Anthem of the Seas

The quality of the food and the live music were our highlights. The announcements at the Windjammer and main dining made it clear the Anthem had set a goal, that it was achieving in recent weeks, of being ranked the overall best in the fleet. We agree.

Great time! by jvoronin

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Anthem of the Seas

We took this cruise not so much for the destinations but because 1. We needed to get away for relaxation 2. LOVE the ships’s onboard activities 3. Did not have to fly to departure point. LOVED Priscilla on the entertainment staff who was extremely funny and entertaining! And also Patricia the greeter at the Windjammer who we looked forward to seeing every morning. Her energy, friendliness and welcoming attitude was a joy every morning!

Great Time by stacylynne75

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Anthem of the Seas

Overall it was a great trip, although I would like to strike our trip to Chops out of my mind. I am very happy that we did that one first because if we did that meal on our last night it would have soured the trip. Izumi and Jamie's saved the trip after that experience.

7 Night Caribbean Cruise by Cruiser54001610

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Anthem of the Seas

Kelly was amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed prior to our cruise up until the day we left. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as this was my daughter’s first cruise.

Disappointed by regirl

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Anthem of the Seas

Spring break. Many unruly unsupervised children. Pools closed on and off due to children’s accidents in the pool making other pools too crowded to even go in. We were travelling with children ourselves, disappointed in other family’s consideration for fellow travelers.

Arrival/departure - no issues, very smooth Dining - - Main dining room = service was fantastic, slightly longer wait on Lobster night - Jamies Italian = AMAZING! Would absolutely return - Chops = Excellent! Steak was amazing Ship - very clean! Classy feel. Easy to maneuver. - Room= had a virtual balcony, so much storage! Shower and room seems much bigger Go to the “Spa raffle” on boarding day. Spa Managers special - worth the money!! Services were fantastic

Our second time on the beautiful Anthem of the seas. I appreciate this class of ship, it's laid out perfectly. Easy to get everywhere and venues big enough for the different games.

Fun ship with lot of activities for kids by contactharry

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Anthem of the Seas

Quantum class Ships are excellent in cold and stormy weather. There is always something going indoors. Seaplex was huge hit with kids activities. Rockclimbing, bumper cars, soccer, boogie ride, north star, ifly. Shows were excellent in Two-70 and royal theater. Food was really good and lot of choices in Windjammer. Sorento pizza was ok. Main dinning room was good but few chicken dishes was always rubbery. Ship is well maintained. Solarium good for adults hangout. We will recommend this cruise.

A Relaxing Time and Coco Cay Was Wonderful by spadamj

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Anthem of the Seas

We like leaving from NJ to save on airfare. However, the cost of parking at the cruise terminal has gone way up,which is disappointing. It can be cold coming and going to and from NJ in March, but the solarium on the ship makes up for it. You feel like you are outside on a warm day. No water slides for children, but there’s bumper cars and other children activities

Just my husband and I, had a great time! Some improvements could've been made. But all in all a great trip! by kathhutchison28

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Anthem of the Seas

First cruise together as a couple without our kids. We had a great time! Ship was big and had plenty to do, we just didn't get to experience much. Drinks were plentiful despite not getting the drink package.

Wonderful ship lot do indoor in rough weather too. by contactharry

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Anthem of the Seas

Loved the ship and port of calls were good. Cococay is amazing. Nassau nothing much to do. I loved Spectras Cabret, high Notes, at Two 70. the gift and illusion shows were amazing. We will rock you was ok but there was not much shows on Day 6 or 7. Main dinnin food was good but chicken dishes everywhere was rubbery and chewy. Flowrider was so cool and really helped my daughter. Seaplex was huge hit. Staff are working tirelessly and it was fun to have him there.
