Overall we had a great time and would sail on this ship and go to any of the ports it went to again.
Embarkation

Piece of cake. I dropped off my family at the curb with the luggage and parked in the garage They checked the bags with the porters and I met them in the terminal which is a short walk from the garage. Checking in and boarding was very easy and we were on board by 11:15 or so.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We enjoyed all of the food that was offered. We did find that seating in the windjammer on this ship was harder to obtain. There is outdoor seating in the rear where we could usually find a table. Cafe 270 and the solarium bistro are less crowded alternatives for breakfast or lunch. Once we discovered those venues we chose that option more often.
Chops Grille

Food was good, but I expected it to be better than it was. My crab cake seemed to be more breading than crab.
Jamie's Italian

We loved Jamie’s! Our server brought us a sampling of all of the appetizers as well as the famous planks. The pasta dishes were delicious as well. If there is a complaint it is that our stomachs weren’t big enough for everything! Haha
Izumi

Sushi was great. We also tried the sushi class - lots of fun
Wonderland

My favorite meal of the cruise. Not only was the presentation terrific, but the food all tasted fabulous. My wife and son are not seafood eaters, so they did not enjoy the food as much as my daughter and I but overall they were pleased with the meal.

Entertainment

We will rock you is probably the best show I have seen on a cruise ship. The performers are very talented. On the last night, they sang show tunes for everyone for an hour in the Schooner bar and were available to meet/mingle after it.

Ship Quality

The ship was clean and well maintained. I definitely prefer the layout of a Freedom or voyager class over this one. At times I felt that the venues and some of the spaces could not handle the crowds - especially the pool decks and the theatre.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
This was my first time in an indoor cabin. It was sufficient, clean, and had enough space for all of our needs. The virtual balcony is better than nothing, however it really is nothing but a large TV. For me, I feel spending the extra money on n a balcony is worth the cost.
The island is still recovering but the people do everything they can to help you have a nice time there. Our taxi driver was able to help us find a nice beach on the French side which we enjoyed
Lots of stuff to do and plenty of places to enjoy a great beach day. Our kids loved the dragon coaster but did not particularly like the water slide. zip lining was fun but I do not think I would spend the money to do it again.
There are two regular electric outlets and two usb outlets by the desk and there is one electric outlet on the side of the bed. We brought a 6 port usb hub also for our phones, cameras, kindles, portable chargers, etc. they will not allow you to bring a power strip on board.
We did not regularly visit boleros but I looked at the compass and there was Latin music by Marakas there. In music hall, there was different events there over the cruise. One night a Led Zeppelin tribute band played though.
