Excellent, ready for next one. The majority of the adventure was amazing. The Northstar blunder did put a damper on that particar day especially for the kids who were really looking forward to doing it. The fact that I had to speak with 4 staff members and received the same B.S. answer was aggravating and stressful. That was at 12:30-1:00, so remainder of day for me was ruined.

I fly was great, unfortunately we were scheduled to do the northstar, the cree said we wluld need to wait 30 mins due to wind,returned in 20 mins, other guests were riding it and we were then told that we would have to wait on standby until therw was availability.We waited 90 mins in line with children and there was no openings in sight. Makes no sense. They couldn't or wouldn't allow us on eventhough we scheduled this event 6 months in advance. 9 unhappy guests that day.

Very well kept, staff was on top of everything and very accommodating
I'm sorry u were disappointed about not riding the northern star but I'm assuming ur safety was the crux of the matter, they cant be too careful with they're passengers well fair. Glad u enjoyed the trip in general though 😊
