I cruised them before and had a fantastic time and decided to cruise them again with 9 of our friends and we are very embarrassed about this time. Never cruise them again!!!!!

I think they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate the amount of people on board. Tables were not cleaned up quickly and had to wait for some food while they got more.

I'm sailing on this ship July 18th and I have sailed with Royal Caribbean before, and never had there been any bad reviews from me or from the majority of people who had sailed on this particular ship. Exactly what went wrong???
