Royal Caribbean does need to pay attention on providing quality food and training their staff for better service if they want to survive in the industry. Eventually, people will catch on poor service and food quality.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
One of our biggest complaint with food was the quality. We saw same food being repeated for breakfast and lunch, at times they would run out of food in the middle of dinner service.
For lunch they would put out different items but quality of the food was very poor. Some items were being repeated every single day. There were few omelette stations created during breakfast service, there was no cleanliness around the utensils, staff who was making omelette as if they were doing favor to customers. My omelette looked "oillette" more than an omelette.
Onboard Activities

We did enjoy all the activities being offered on the ship like Indoor-outdoor Pool, rock climbing, North Star, Fitness Center, basketball court, XBox Station.
Entertainment

They were all amazing
Children's Programs

My Son hung out in the living room designed for teenagers, he had a blast.
Service and Staff
2 out of 5
This is our second cruise with Royal Caribbean, compare to Allure of the Seas, the service was very poor on this ship. We had to wait on a service staff to have the table clean for meal services, they weren't very friendly. There were very few individuals that provided the service we were expecting for. We witnessed a staff talking very rudely to a passenger at dinner service telling her there was no food left.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The layout of the ship is okay, staff did great job and keeping the common area very clean. The stairs railings were being wiped constantly, swimming pool cleanness was at acceptable level.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
We felt our cabin size was comfortable and little bit bigger than the one we had on Allure.
However, cleanliness was not up to the standard. I am not sure if our sheets were being changed during our 8 days stay. our steward Keith was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable from day 1 by walking in on us without knocking. Mid Cruise we got a call from customer service asking us how our experience has been so far, we had just returned from a beach and had sand all over our bathroom so I kindly asked them to send someone to clean it up since I didn't see Keith out side. They were nice enough to send someone over the have it cleaned but as soon as Keith found out, he walked in the room again started questioning why and got offended. every time we go in and out our cabin we were being stared at, which was very uncomfortable.
Ship tip
I would not advice my friends and family to sail on Anthem
The issue w room attendant totally sucks. They are usually some of the most committed employees. I have never had one of them come in the room when i had my do not disturb sign up. I don't think lunch and breakfast repeats are unexpected since most Americans have certain go to foods for those times. You're going to have burgers salads hot dogs plus some other items. As for a main dining room dinner, Royal Caribbean pretty much has the same dinner menus on all of its Caribbean sailings in the US. So the menu on the Allure would have been about the same as a menu on the Anthem for dinner at least in the main dining room and specialty restaurants. I agree that of the buffet can be hit or miss on Anthem and some other Royals. However there was noticeable improvement and buffet quality on my last sailing on Oasis
I tapped your logo and you do not show any cruises that you have been on . Is this your first? Never had a issue with Royal even when I try something new and don’t like it staff always goes out of their way to please.
