The Lido buffet needs to more coordinated/organized
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
The cooking activity was demonstration; non-participation by guest
Entertainment
3 out of 5
would have like to see more guest appearances, such as the comedian and the magican/comedian
Children's Programs
the pool was dominated by children; need an adult indoor pool
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
the courtesy were better at answering questions/concerns in person; but there was always a long line. There was a problem with the room type, because of the type of room that you verbally promised to me; but it could not be verified because use did not put it in writing.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
I got lost everyday; it would have been great if there was a map on the back of the room key card, or maps on every elevator, attrium, and hallways
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
cabin was changed to 3422, because you stated that we would have a tub and a shower, but we were assigned 3428, which was hadicapped equipped with wheel chair assessible shower; no tub. the room was very old, needs remodeling, old worn carpet push button toilets, electrical outlet problems. i fear for my health saftey because of lack of paper products having to touch everything with my hands
Ship tip
prepare yourself with essentials that you have a home or you will pay for everything, including bottled water, soda, coffee, and any other drinks
due to an incident with a crew member missing, was unable to visit Ketchikan; very dissapointed. I would like a refund of this portion on the cruise, plus a refund for the interruption of a paid cruise.
Lost everyday, no way, there are two ship maps at every elevator, detail of floors in the elevator, what day it is on the carpet, an app that gives all these details on your phone and a detailed copy of this and that each night at your door. I wish you much luck on a larger ship. Oh why leave your room, HAL provides free room service..other lines don't.
The fact that you chose to do some work during the cruise pretty much shows that you were going to complain about everything. For your next vacation, pack some bags and have a campout in your office.
