It was great overall, but could have been more attention to my boyfriend’s birthday. They didn’t tell me when they were going to sing at dinner so I didn’t get to take pictures or videos. Needs more deck entertainment.

I would definitely cruise with Royal Caribbean again. I would use . We got a really good deal.

Overall the cruise was great! It was a fun, short cruise for me and my family. We do wish the weather was better so we could’ve enjoyed coco cay but the staff and ship crew did their best to keep us happy and entertained at sea. The food was great, activities were fun and service was amazing!

The only problem I had was the volume of the music in the dining room "celebrations". The music during dining should be 20% louder, not 300% louder.

Got hurt on the cruise because you left unsecured cords out to trip on and you never appologized or anything. Treated my son horrible. Constantly gave other people our sea passes. Other people were very upset over it too.

My experience with Royal Caribbean cruise line was disappointing. Upon arrival, I waited over 2 hours for my room to be secured, which included locking the joining door with the next room. Despite ordering room service, it never arrived, leaving me disappointed. Furthermore, several excursions were canceled without suitable replacements, impacting the trip. The staff's behavior was marked by rudeness, and their response to empty meal service was slow. I also found the continuous upselling and overcharging for spa services to be bothersome, impacting the overall enjoyment of the cruise.

Izumi was the best food. Buffet layout is very poor, buffet food had limited choices and was cold.

Good trip. MDR food below par. Very bland. Service was excellent. Beautiful ship and staff was awesome.

Our experience I would say is just so so, we frequently travel on NCL, and the level of service on that line is far superior to Royal Caribbean, the poor attitudes and lack of service that we experienced on. Royal is giving us reason to probably not come back

Overall we had a great time on this cruise. It was our kids first cruise -- they are 3yrs and 9months. Thankfully this ship did have a splash area for the kids. Coco Cay is a great port for other cruisers with young (and older) kids. We loved it there!

Great trip even after a change in the itinerary due to weather. Again, it’s obvious that Royal is trying to save money on the food expenses and it shows. We are long time cruises with RC but we’ll be looking elsewhere for our next trip.

This cruise was well needed and enjoyed every moment of it. We celebrated my husband 55th birthday and he enjoyed this cruise a well. Looking forward to a cruise next year.

For the most part, our cruise experience was amazing. The things we didn't like were mostly personal and not anything Royal Caribbean did or didn't do. When there are more than 6000 people on a cruise ship, it is impossible to please everyone all the time but Royal Caribbean goes above and beyond to make your experience as perfect as it can be.

The food was very good. The selection of food in the Winjammer was excellent. the BEST corn beef hash I have ever had on a cruise ship. The entertainment venues were too small for a 6,000 passenger ship and they were held back to back. We did not know there was a "Fall Break" and were not prepared for 800 plus children.

Very clean ship, friendly staff all around, really not too crowded for that size of ship. 12 large elevators in front and back so fairly easy to get on.

Great time. Lots to do and see. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient and easy getting on and off the ship at ports. A little more complicated getting off in Galveston but not too bad. The app has some issues with message notifications and crashing but that's really my only complaint.

Great cruise, food and entertainment. Only complaint would be the cost and reliability of the intent service which needs to be improved.
