Review summary

It was great overall, but could have been more attention to my boyfriend’s birthday. They didn’t tell me when they were going to sing at dinner so I didn’t get to take pictures or videos. Needs more deck entertainment.

Service was good, but a few days the food was just ok. Feel like we had to pay for anything extra and not enough through out the day food to choose from that was included.

Onboard Activities

Pool deck was closed way too early along with the adult portion. Only had two jacuzzis open at night. Nothing going on deck at night.

Entertainment

No shows on the deck at night. Very disappointed in that. Djs non existent until late at night. Shows were good other than the Planet show.

Room stateroom service was good. Getting a drink took to long. Ordered gift package and no box to bring cake home so it got wasted.

Everything was clean. Smoking Casino doors should have been closed as it was close to main dining hall on deck 4 and I was sick from It.

Comfort was nonexistent as it was always hot. AC was working but not blowing out cold air much. Went to guest services and they told us that we turn main switch off and we definitely didn’t

Out snorkeling part of excursion was canceled and need to call for refund. Very disappointed as it was my boyfriend’s 50th birthday and others were still snorkeling.
