Review summary

For the most part, our cruise experience was amazing. The things we didn't like were mostly personal and not anything Royal Caribbean did or didn't do. When there are more than 6000 people on a cruise ship, it is impossible to please everyone all the time but Royal Caribbean goes above and beyond to make your experience as perfect as it can be.

The only thing that we completely hated was the smoking casino just outside the main dinning on deck 4. Why have smoking on a ship period?

The pools and hot tubs could use a lot of maintenance and some were completely over crowded.

We didn't have children in our party.

Our waiters were Alexandre and Arcana. They were both amazing and made sure our dining experience was awesome! Our room Stewart was Albert and he kept our stateroom perfect.

The ship layout and design is amazing. The only downside for us is the smoking casino is awful and it is located on deck 4 just outside the dining.

Thanks for sharing your cruise experience. Glad you had a nice cruise. I agree with your comment about smoking in the casino. It’s awful even in the nonsmoking part of the casino in all the ships we’ve been on. It was wonderful when they didn’t allow smoking in the casino when cruising restarted after the shut down and I could enjoy playing some table games.
