My experience with Royal Caribbean cruise line was disappointing. Upon arrival, I waited over 2 hours for my room to be secured, which included locking the joining door with the next room. Despite ordering room service, it never arrived, leaving me disappointed. Furthermore, several excursions were canceled without suitable replacements, impacting the trip. The staff's behavior was marked by rudeness, and their response to empty meal service was slow.
