Sorry you were disappointed. We were on the 10/25 cruise on Allure and it was great. The cabin attendant brought new towels every day even when we hung the older ones up to reuse them and there was plenty of hot water. We tried out several restaurants and the food was everything we expected. Everyone in our party was happy with it all. Can't wait to go back.

Got hurt on the cruise because you left unsecured cords out to trip on and you never appologized or anything. Treated my son horrible. Constantly gave other people our sea passes. Other people were very upset over it too.
