Review summary

This was our second time on Allure and we were not disappointed. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. We were really looking forward to going to the recently updated Coco Cay, but unfortunately due to weather we could not dock. Surprisingly though royal Caribbean handled this amazingly. Not only were we refunded for our shore excursion, but we were given a future cruise credit valued at the cost we would have paid for the day per person.

@KaylMags, still confused on why we didn’t get a FCC. Are you sure you’re not confusing it with the port charges as we did get a refund for that.

Strange, we received a future cruise credit for the cost of one day sailing per person. We have actually used it for our upcoming sailing on oasis. I would have thought they would be consistent. Weird.

We were on that same cruise and we did receive a refund on the port charges for not going to CocoCay, but don’t remember getting any Future Cruise Credit????
