Overall an amazing vacation that went too quickly. We will definitely return to RC for a future cruise and will hopefully be back in allure after the dry dock!

MDR, Buffett were outstanding. Only a few dishes were on the bland side but overall great service and food. Lunch in MDR cannot be missed. Pasta station and ala carte available

This is where I have to dock a few stars. I would say the majority of the crew onboard seemed disinterested and annoyed with their jobs. We got many attitudes when asking them simple questions. Bar staff especially seemed overworked. However, our MDR staff was absolutely outstanding. Probably the best I’ve had on a cruise ship and rewarded them with extra tip. Unfortunately, this was an outlier to the majority of the crew.

Ocean view balcony. Nothing to complain about here.
Not much to do here. Atlantis is close by but you will have to pay to use the water slides and see most of the resort. Atlantis staff only lets you in the casino and shop areas without having a ticket
We had the same experience with the staff last year...we were ready to come home on day 2, so many negative experiences from a filthy sofa in our cabin to our room steward opening our cabin door and immediately shutting it. I stepped in the hallway and saw no one, I said, "wth was that"? He peeked out of a cabin caddy corner from ours and said, "oh, that was me. Your neighbor locked himself out of his cabin and I accidentally opened your door instead of his"! Um, seriously? We hadn't been in our cabin 5 minutes, I told him, "you didn't even knock"!! Things went downhill from there, a/c wasn't working well the last 3 nights, they did nothing!
We just got off Allure in Dec. Loved it! Our waiters in the MDR by far best ever of any staff cruise or not. Room attendent was so great. No issues with any staff but they went so far above. Never felt crowded and can't wait till she is out of dry dock.
