The ship is very well maintained. Many different types of activities onboard. Food was amazing. We will like to thank our waiter, Hepburn and his assistant Kimber for such wonderful service.

the overall impression was remarkable, we were all happy with the adventures of the sea's, the service of great and the stateroom service was promt and inpecable. the food was in abundess and quality to perfection

The ship was impressive! on the outside and the inside.

great people. good price fun time. too many extras that nickel and dime you to death. was also to rocky of seas. also didnt get a chance to really enjoy that last day had to pack after dinner and the being in the port.

After 3 years of waiting to be able to go on a cruise again with Royal Caribbean, I was so shocked and disappointed. The food quality has gone down. The same lunch items everyday at the buffet. The service for our room was poor. Our floor never got vaccumed and we had to strip the bed to get clean sheets. I was to have a container in my room to put my needles in after I took my shots but no where to be found. The band at the pool was terrible and as I listened to the song they sang the words were depressing about someone loosing a girlfriend and didn't want to live any longer. I got up and left the area. There was not really a midnight buffet in the grand dining room as I had experineced before. Just one night on deck and was not good at all. Lots of other cruisers complained about the lower standards. Even the evening entertainment was not that great. At the Captains Welcome Back we were not offered appetizers, just walk right by my husband and another couple and we even tried to reach out to get it off the tray. Was very disappointed about the whole cruise. The ports were the best and it was a good thing they were because it would have been a terrible vacation. My husband said he would not cruise again after that disappointment. The only good thing I can say was the ship was clean as always. The staff was nice.

The ship is great. There is a lot of activities going on. I would recommend this ship for all ages, we had a group of 17, from age 20 to 83, and there was plenty of activites for all. Service was great, staff was friendly and helpful. The entertainment was very good on most nights, but could have been better on other nights. The Ice Skating show was superb. Dining service was excellent, and the food was very good for most dishes.

My husband was very aprehensive about booking a cruise. Too expensive, I may get sea sick......etc many reasons. The second day we were home I heard him say on our next cruise......I was amazed at his reaction and very pleased because to me that said it all. I recommend this to everyone! You deserve it!

Beautiful ship. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of storage in the rooms. We enjoyed the island of St. Maarten's the best. The entertainment on the ship was also enjoyable. We have been on only one cruise prior to this and prefer the anytime dining option and the selections that they had to offer. We were excited about having an ice rink on this ship, however, usage of the rink was limited and very disorganized. They did have a great Ice Show performance that was 2nd to none. Overall we did enjoy this ship but would have liked better food selections.

The boat is not bran new and that is obvious but it was still beautiful

The ship is massive and well kept. For the most part the crew was pleasant and helpful, though they did seem overwhelmed by the over 3000 passengers aboard and the fact that the majority of passengers were late additions to the cruise (from San Juan) and many had never cruised before and were not familiar with cruising.

Great Ship but needs a baby program.

Beautiful ship. Even with its enormous size, everything was at your fingertips. Great entertainment, great food, and the service was terrific.

The ship is huge and just amazing. The inside promenade was fun to just look at. The Islands were incredibly beautiful, but very humid and hot. Our room was a typical ship cabin, not huge but very comfortable. We started in Puerto Rico. We went to Old San Juan and to the two forts. They were just amazing. We went snorkeling in Aruba, which was ok. We took a buggie ride excursion in Curacao which was really a fun and exciting experience. The Men running it were great. We also took an excursion in St. Thomas, to the top of the island, which offered amazing views and history of the island. Over all we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely take this trip again.

Good ship. I enjoyed the ice skating and rock climbing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The "rush" you off the ship at journey's end was minimal.

This was our fourth cruising and the first time with Royal Caribbean. We had a great time. The boat is beautiful.

Nice ship with lots of things to do. Staff was friendly and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was that I am a big water drinker and it was hard to find a drink when you wanted it unless you were in a restaurant. Also, in Aruba, DO NOT DIVE WITH RED SAIL SPORTS which is the company currently providing service for the ship. They are an accident waiting to happen. We had a group of 11 that went along with a few others from the ship, and almost ALL of us had equipment problems, and BIG problems, not just little ones!
