Overall it was a five-star experience. The staff, the food, the ship were all amazingly excellent. The locations for snorkeling and swimming in the warm Caribbean waters were the highlight for me; lots of options for great shore excursions of all kinds.

We enjoyed the walking track, the pools and whirlpools, and the fitness center. We didn't try the FlowRider but we sure enjoyed watching the action and the view from the deck.

Beautiful balcony room, plenty of space for two. Our stateroom attendant Collin kept it impeccably clean and tidy every day.
Ship tip
Don't be afraid to book excursions with local companies outside of the cruise line; I have done five so far (over the course of two Caribbean cruises) and they have all been excellent and perfectly safe. And they are much less likely to cancel your excursion as the cruise lines will do.
Beautiful port, very clean and modern. Watch out for the mosquitos, they are numerous from the swampy outlying area. We went on a bus tour to Montego Bay which was very scenic and pleasant.
Labadee was awesome! We went snorkeling, spent about an hour at an offshore coral reef which was spectacular. The cruise line provides a luxurious private resort beach experience complete with lunch.
We got lucky because we had the most amazing views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty from our own private balcony (Port side). This was the end of our trip and we didn't do an excursion, but it was a super-easy and short Lyft ride to the Newark Airport.
