Considering the circumstances of San Juan and Hurricane Marie, it's not appropriate to rate them. We found them to be very helpful even in their time of need. We would not hesitate to fly in/out of San Juan. It's not perfect, but you can see they are doing the best they can and some of the inconveniences were just not that big of a deal. Because of the Hurricane aftermath, no excursions were offered at this time. Fortunately we have previously been to Puerto Rico and it's a wonder island and San Juan a nice city.
