A good cruise , spoilt by very unseasonal weather , the Lady Captain >> Serena Melani was exceptional having to deal with not only the weather re navigation etc , over zealous port authorities .She was always about the ship to answer questions , gave lots of written communication to explain the difficulties , etc , My only complaint was the very very poor wi fi on a luxury ship it should have been a lot better , whilst it did both us other people were very critical of the service .We felt sorry for the Internet manager , it was not his fault .

Great cruise to SE Asia. Staff and food were great. Everything was well organised but be aware of costs. They soon mount if you are not careful. Watch out for the tours!

It was terrific. We made the most out of all the amenities the cruise offered..the programs were wonderful..the staff so friendly and accommodating, the crew, so helpful, courteous, and competent. There were so many highlights for us, we travel extensively and this was a wonderful 13 day cruise to many interesting ports...we really did love the sea days and the friends we made on board.

So so cruise only nothing great & huh ha to remark here

For my taste, cruising is to restrictive in terms of sightseeing. Met nice people on board though. Excursions are very expensive for what you get out of it. If you are an experienced traveller, make your own plans.

Foods sucks. Horizon buffet too crowded. I will not take cruise if it’sDiamond Princess. Warning not yo take this ship. Food not great. Same everyday. Not much vhoices for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Buffet room tooooo crowded.

Thought we would enjoy India more than UAE but in fact it turned out to be the other way around. I think a week in Dubai would be enough to see all the main attractions. Cruise ship is fine and most service is of good standard. Excursions are a little overpriced in my opinion and you would be better off doing them yourself (Particularly Dubai). All passport controls take a very long time and you must get your passport checked at least 5 times in each country, or port. So time consuming in humid conditions.

There's no problem about disembarking. I have a problem on the distribution of tender tickets. They are always late. They need to do better on time. We did not have a problem with Holland America prior to this cruise. They need to use extra local tenders to speed up the process.

This Cruise in the Seabourn Encore has been one the best in my Cruising experience with my wife and two other couples. As a group we were very satisfied with the service, food, activities. For us what make it possible is the personal Of Seabourn.

I eventually purchased an internet package, and felt ripped off for internet that was inordinately expensive, and inordinately unfit for purpose, it was so slow the ilounge was constantly full off people moaning about the connection speeds, if any connections were available at all. Also, I upgraded to a 'premium drinks package' as the beer and spirits I preferred were in that package - after two days they were difficult to get hold off, after about 8 days they were almost impossible to get hold of, and in fact other alternative premium beers and spirits were also unavailable - therefore I was ripped off again. When upgrading the packages (x2) I was also charged the 18% gratuity, even though no extra service was involved - I tried to have this removed towards the end of the voyage, only to be told this was not possible, even though I thought the gratuities were optional, which obviously they are not. I tried to reduce the room/person/night gratuity to a level to cover the above gratuity on the drinks package upgrade, and was told I could only take off a whole two weeks gratuity for one or both people, not just part of it, I didn't want to do this, so their inflexibility left me feeling ripped off again.

We missed some visits due to a defect in the power system and sailed to Dubai to get spares. For my wife and i this did not spoil our cruise.

I have no complaints about the ship or staff... food very good and they handled the norovirus outbreak very well. My complaint is the ports of call. They obviously got cheap port charges to lure them to some of these ports. I f you are considering a trip through Indonesia, check out Silverseas, their itinerary is far better.

In the evening there is not much on deck no big screen great friends made, lovely ship

I didn't find a lot of information on this particular cruise, so I want to say that as a first time asian traveling experience it was really good. The excursions covered the highlights and gave a good view of the ports of call. Fall is definitely a good time to travel to avoid the high temps in the summer months.

Overall Food & Service are met expectation but they can do more to impress guests. No outstanding staff so we cannot recognize any staff name. We are easygoing person we can make foreign friends everywhere but not this time. Avoid windjammer cafe on your embarkation. We read many reviews suggest that we should avoid buffet it, but in reality everyone want a proper seat & lunch not just a sandwich with coffee at the promenaded. We are hardly to find event a single seat. People kept their seat for friends and family who not their or already finish eating meal.They went out to pool deck for Ice cream and came back chatting. Staff cannot do anything even they announce for kindly gave their seat or other guests. This is my bad direct experience.

The Ship itself is in a great condition and is kept immaculate. It only has one specialty Restaurant (Japanese) though. The multi language announcements get tiresome. Food is not as good as other cruise lines unfortunately but restaurant experience with staff is good. Activities were lacking on our cruise but this may be because it was a repositioning cruise with a lot of sea days. Overall ok but not great.

Not for me . No finese. Just seam to eant your money. Stafg very good General lack of info with regards to independent excursions. CAPTAIN didnt mix with guests.. no frills cruise medioca.sorry will not teturn.
