After 12 cruises with Princess, Excellent: services and food options/preparations, entertainment. Will book another cruise with Princess in 2020.

For me, stepping onto a cruise ship is liking walking into a wonderland. It's a place with magical spaces: lively music, beautiful decor and smiling faces from around the globe. It's like a floating storybook with a happy beginning, middle and ending.

If work has got you down, take this trip to have SOME FUN, Perfect to just getaway, Grab your man. girlfriends or family and GO. You will be Happy

This was our 1st cruise. Surely different from all other vacations we have taken.

We had been in this cruise ( Carnival Inspiration ) for many times, and this is the worst among all our journey. Knowing this itineraries cruise will be around $168 / person which is so reasonable PERHAPS my recommendation to friends are hesitated UNLESS MORE IMPROVEMENTS on activities such as fun line dancing, social dancing, singing performance, GOOD FOOD

Although this is a beautiful ship, and my favorite place was the observation lounge, I can honestly say I enjoyed the Escape better. They offered more options for complementary dining, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dueling pianos on the Escape and the Epic. Also, I don’t think that the bartenders were as attentive as they are on the other Norwegian ships I have been on.

I found this cruise to be a party ship, a lot of drunk people and the "younger" crowd set. I did find places to go for relaxation. (observation lounge)

Overall, we like NCL and will sail again. But the Bliss and port of Los Angeles was a joke this trip. Sure wish the Bliss would have several servers per table in the dining rooms. Would help speed up the meal some so people can make it to the entertainment timely. When one waiter is doing all the work and has several tables of large parties, it makes for a very long meal time. Service was really bad this cruise, which was disappointing. 5 of us in our group have cruised 10+ times and never encountered such slow service as this past cruise. Really put a damper on our vacation.

we will not use this cruise line again, we feel it is a big gambling cruise line also they charge for anything extra plus 20% tax. the entertainment was good they had a couple of shows that were excellent Jersey Boy's and the Beatles band.

My husband and I had a really fun time on this cruise. We enjoyed the Social Club at night - dancing til 3am! We would recommend this ship for sure.

Would probably cruise with another line next time as getting bored with Norwegian since being on 4 different ships with same layout and food choices.

We had a very relaxing cruise. We just like to sit on our balcony, read, walk, go on a couple excursions, and eat. I was impressed that, with so many people on board, nothing was crowded. I've been on cruises where you couldn't even get into the gym to wait in line, but there was always room on the ship in the gym, sports deck, pools, hot tubs, chaise lounges, etc.

Never with NORWEGIAN, and your travel agent needs to be more courteous and listen to us, so don't forget we make you money

activities was good but the white night party was not good at all compared to the other NCL ships I have been on before. people was walking away. some of the cruise staff was doing push ups... weird!!! should be dancing and fun. need to get better in this area. I would love to see maybe a chapel or room for prayer on the ship. Love the shows in the theatre and the comedys. very good.

My friend and I enjoyed every minute on the ship and took full advantage of all the entertainment to be had. We didn't over eat, but ordered what we wanted and ate well. We were comfortable and felt safe and were pleasantly surprised by the courtesy of staff and other passengers. I would book it again every month if I could.

This was MY 59th cruise, but a first for my three Danish guests. The food was only average, the accessibility in my "accessible cabin" was poor (the bathroom door had to remain open to fit my mobility scooter into the bathroom. Other than that, everything else about the cruise and the ship was perfect.

Taylor loved it so much. We did a lot of fun activities on the boat. The food was amazing. We were able to chill out and relax.

Everything was great. Food was good except for the desserts at the buffets.

Great cruise. I would definately recommend it! The ports, the ship, the staff, the entertainment - it was all great!
