I loved the Bliss but agree no more Norwegian for me after my last cruise on the Dawn..... Too many complaints.... was told to fill out the survey to voice my concerns.... now they took me off mailing list ( but still mail to my spouse). Planning a Celebrity cruise - they treat me like royalty and haven’t sailed yet!

I've been on four Norwegian Cruises have booked my fifth in 2020 and I've never had a complaint. Doesn't mean there are things that are wrong and right I've just been lucky

I'm guessing you didn't explore the ship? There are 2 sets of elevators- one set forward, one set aft. And honestly, if you didn't have fun, you really didn't explore the many many different things on the ship.

What catagory cabin did you book? Did you even ask? If you found nothing enjoyable on a cruise you must not have left your cabin.
