Fun in the sun with top notch service! Ditch the bingo line though.

The staff assigned to our cabin and dining table were exceptional. Loved the outdoor on ship activities.

Much better than expected, precautions were in place against the spread of virus, although services were affected by sick crew. The embarkation procedures were the best we have experienced. Food was great and entertainment was good.

We have disembarked in San Diego many times. There has never been a long delay going through immigration and customs, when that process was handled in the port building on the ground, instead of on the ship.

Princess really needs to nail the food experience as it is seriously lacking. who is testing their product? Answer, no one. Entertainment needs attention as well. I've seen so much better at sea.

It was an OK cruise. We got a good deal thru Lori Segal @ . Our 2nd Carnival cruise. 11th overall. Our 5th to Western Mexico. We probably won't go back on Carnival even though they are very convenient to our home.

We fully intended to tip our crew extra, but we NEVER saw how we were supposed to do that. We'd STILL send the tips if we knew how. There were so many little things that I felt like we just didn't see or know and were expected to understand.

Not as relaxing as cruises have been in the past mostly due to pandemic which caused lots of hassle and complications the whole trip. Pool being ice cold was a big disappointment

Very happy experience. Mixed guests with families and couples, singles. This made for a upbeat atmosphere.

The Koningsdam crew, service, food, and amenities are all excellent, and especially enjoyable for the holidays. I highly recommend Holland America for those who enjoy the classic cruising experience in elegant and stylish surroundings!

NCL does a really amazing job with food and entertainment, ships are well maintained and cleaned.

Was looking forward to a great Christmas cruise, but wish we chose another company, not sailing NCL again.

Great cruise for the family! So much for our teenagers to do that we barely saw them the whole time. Cabo is absolutely gorgeous and Ensenada was terrible. Food needs to be better but specialty dining is amazing. They should serve that level of food in all main dining and buffets. Cruises are about food and its my only complaint. Make your specialty, your norm.

I had a great cruise in spite of the original Skymiles agent not informing me of the vaccination requirements for my 4 year old grandson and 9 year old granddaughter until after the cruise was booked. She was very polite and professional but missed informing me of key points for a cruise that cost me about $6K for my family. When I called in a day before the cruise seeking assistance from the agent regarding my son's not being able to identify his birth certificate, she was very rude. I asked for her name and only gave me her first name (Kelly/Kelli) and refused to give me her last name and hung up. on me. Next time, I will book directly with Carnival and leave out of it.

First time cruisers. Enjoyed the experience immensely. We believe everyone should try a cruise. We plan to enjoy more of them and only wish we had started sooner. We believe best option is to at least plan 2 ports of call to get more cultural experience for the value of the trip. We enjoyed both our excursions in Cabo and Ensenada and found that to balance nicely with the quite time found during sea days. We found a wide variety of entertainment to also partake on board the ship, such as Piano bars, listening to live violin trios, auditorium dance and sing shows, trivia time and just generally exploring and learning about the ship. We are already planning our second!

We spent 5 days without a care... a very welcomed experience. Overall, we enjoyed our cruise very much, but we were surprised by some gaps. The meal presentation was lovely, but we were surprised and disappointed with the quality of the food. There was tremendous talent on the ship although, again surprisingly, there were a couple of performers (cruise band) that were not very good.

The coffee is too watered down. Most of the time coffee n cones only had cones.
