It was honestly an amazing experience, now that I know more about it I’ll definitely be making another trip. This time with better knowledge of planning.

Too many unruly kids. Curfews not enforced. Children at adult events in bars after curfew. Adult activities shortened because of this. Worst trip ever.

I wish the staff was friendlier and nicer. I wish the lines were not so long for everything. I had expected more and we were all disappointed and ready to get off after Ensenada.

Very good value. It was fun and relaxing. It is our second time aboard the “Navigator of the Seas”.

We had so much fun and we are going to return with our kids and grandkids.

Didn’t know what to expect but it was super relaxing and worth the money. Came back home and are already looking at more cruises to book. The cruise director and crew were great! The cleanliness was what impressed me. The casino kept me busy. Had a blast! The shows were entertaining and the comics were actually funny. Kid zone was great for my 5 year old. He had a blast ! The serenity spa and gym were clean and kept me going for more. Carnival has me hooked. Now we are looking for more cruises to take with in the next few months.

This the the 1st time I went on cruise. I had great time. Very relaxing. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

We did not stop at any port. The only port we had was canceled. So we paid to basically be out at sea the whole cruise. Very disappointed.

Royal Caribbean company is not taking care of their clients at all. First after the trip we were charged extra gratitudes that we weren’t informed!!! Second, I was reading through App about next trip promotion and some how I have been charged $200 for the next trip that I didn’t agree! Called customer service twice for more then two hours on the phone, didn’t help me at all. Being said that I have to contact to my travel agency. Question why??? I have charge on my credit card through Royal Caribbean and my back gave me their number, not my agency. And it’s not refundable!!! What kind of service is that??? Just got robbed by RC!!! First time cruise and wasn’t pleasant at all!!! Never will go again! Not recommend it at all! Be aware!

Fun weekend cruise. the right amount of fun in a short period of time.

Overall, it was good. The room service and restaurants were great. A little bit disorganized with luggage handling.

Wonderful service! Especially our dinner servers Avon, John Kevin, and Rosebeth. We loved ice skating (wish we could have skated everyday!) Ice skating show was amazing! Love the soft serve ice cream! Love the room service coffee brought to our rooms in the morning.

We were disappointed that we spent 3 days at sea and didn't make it to Mexico. But we are happy that safety was a priority. We felt bothered after the situation when we heard on the news that Carnival was also sailing the exact same area and also made the same choice as our captain and cancelled their plans. Carnival gave all of its guests some type of money back/credit for another cruise,
