Review summary

We did not stop at any port. The only port we had was canceled. So we paid to basically be out at sea the whole cruise. Very disappointed.

We did not get to stop at the port. Was our only port for the cruise. Let down for sure.

I’ve taken the 4 day on Navigator and did not get off at Ensenada at all. It’s not worth it. I enjoyed lounging on deck

Didn’t royal give any compensation due to not stopping like carnival did

Royal Caribbean has to follow safety protocols. The violence going on in Mexico is bad, and not worth you getting injured or killed. I have been on the same cruise 6 times in the past 8 months just for a weekend getaway. I didn’t get off in Ensenada any of those times. It wasn’t canceled either. How many times do you want to see Ensenada??? Not that great of a place. Sometimes you cruise for the destination, and sometimes for the relaxation of getting away and being on a cruise ship. At least they didn’t cancel your cruise.

Does anyone actually go on a cruise because they really want to visit Ensenada? After stopping there after 4 sea days coming back from Hawaii, we didn't bother getting off the ship.

Maybe you could fly to Ensenada next time.

With unrest in Mexico I would rather be safe. Plenty to do on board. Good luck with future cruising, don't give up. Itinerary changes happen we have had them, good and bad.

Maybe you should think about longer cruises with more port options.

Sorry you were disappointed you didn’t get to visit the port but on the bright side you were “out at sea” with food, drinks and entertainment, which looked pretty good from your ratings!

Civil unrest and your safety were the reasons. I’m sure your death or severe injury would have been more disappointing. There was a time many of us would have been grateful for a cruise to nowhere
