Review summary
Royal Caribbean company is not taking care of their clients at all. First after the trip we were charged extra gratitudes that we weren’t informed!!! Second, I was reading through App about next trip promotion and some how I have been charged $200 for the next trip that I didn’t agree! Called customer service twice for more then two hours on the phone, didn’t help me at all. Being said that I have to contact to my travel agency. Question why??? I have charge on my credit card through Royal Caribbean and my back gave me their number, not my agency. And it’s not refundable!!! What kind of service is that??? Just got robbed by RC!!! First time cruise and wasn’t pleasant at all!!! Never will go again! Not recommend it at all! Be aware!Embarkation
