Definitely a step above Carnival and Holland America. We would hold out to sail Celebtity again.

Overall our experience was great. Our only complaint was about the foo in the Windjammer most of the time it was cold. And the Coconut Ranger cookies are ABSOLUTELY one of the best things that I have Ever EATEN,

love this ship. love our bonvoy travel agent, Pablo. We have booked 7 cruises with him and he is wonderful. The cruise would have been better if the riots hadn't been on in Spain and if we could have visited the second-to-last port.

The Haven was amazing. The staff made EVERY aspect of the cruise more enjoyable and stress free. So I think we would have had a different experience if we were in not in a suite.

They need to improve the communication to passengers. I’ve been on a lot of cruises so we figured things out, but this boat could do a lot to make the trip more fun. It was freezing cold and the only smoking room was outside. My impression is that the staffs job is to sell you stuff you don’t need. Felt really pressured to spend which wasn’t much fun

Excellent Ports and Excursions. Good cruise option to take.

First European cruise proved to be a great way to visit many locations without the hassle of packing and unpacking. Service is always top notch with Celebrity as well as the Sky Suite accommodations. We enjoy all of the amenities attached to the Sky Suites: Luminea, the Retreat, butler, and concierges. We only wish the shows reflected the rest of experience.

I took a one-night cruise, Barcelona to Genoa, to get a quick feel both for MSC and for a ship this size. I was very happy with both and would definitely consider MSC in the future. Having sailed on 4 other lines for multiple cruises and usually on smaller ships than the Orchestra, this one was definitely plush and pleasant. Except for disembarkation, it was a perfect and flawless experience.

My husband who was reluctant about a cruise totally enjoyed it.

My party and I loved this cruise. I might suggest Crystal take a good look at its tour operators, but the cruise itself was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the support Crystal gave from beginning to end.

This was our first NCL ship overall I would give this ship a 5 out of 10 due to the ship and ports of call. It was disappointing to have to pay to get off the boat and be shuttled to an area where you can walk around. Most of the ports you had to drive far to visit most of the places that was worth seeing from the port. Being freestyle food in the buffet was always cold by the time you sat down to eat due to trying to find a seat. Room service is not free even for a suite. No iron to iron cloths in your own room, you have to call and then wait to have them bring one up and then you only have it for 1 hr. Very inconvienent for the amount of money you spend.

Disappointed that you have to pay to be shuttled off to a main area from the port after paying all that money for the cruise you would think they could offer free shuttling to bring you to an area that you can walk around. We would not do NCL again, we will stick with Royal Caribbean they treat their vacationers much better and

If you are an traditional cruise passenger and like glamour and class this is the one for you. If you are the new generation of travelers like us, you might want to read more reviews before going here.

This was a fabulous vacation. It exceeded my expectations. It was a trip of a lifetime for my sister and I.

We loved the cruise line and all the ports we visited. Will definitely do another mediterranean cruise in the near future.

Excelllant cruise. The weather was perfect. The ship is large but never had a problem. The only problem is the main theater is to small.

We absolutely love the cruise. We wish we had booked a longer cruise, did not want to leave. We had so much fun.
