love this ship. love our bonvoy travel agent, Pablo. We have booked 7 cruises with him and he is wonderful. The cruise would have been better if the riots hadn't been on in Spain and if we could have visited the second-to-last port.

We ate every night in the Luminae except one night in Blu. We had the most wonderful service in Luminae - Zaza was unbelievable as our server. In Blu, we were greeted as we entered by Diana (I think that is how she spelled it)...she recognized us as "Zaza's" friend and she took great care of us. Food was excellent in both places.
Onboard Activities

worked out in the fitness center and that was fine. Also enjoyed the casino - only complaint was that it was closed when in port, which I know from previous cruises....except we were unexpectedly in port two days the last days of our cruise. Enjoyed the suite sundeck.
Entertainment

always enjoy Ashlie Amber - our third time seeing her. She was gracious when I asked her to autograph 2 photos of her with me and my daughter from last year's October Equinox cruise. two days later, I saw her during lunch at the back of the ship. I wasn't going to bother her but she gave me a big smile and waved me over. She is wonderful and has a marvelous voice.
Service and Staff

Ignatius was our butler and he was excellent! Always at our service - even though we try not to take advantage of any of the people working on a ship. Jason, our room steward was a joy and always so friendly and did a wonderful job keeping our cabin in tip-top shape. Zaza in Luminae was wonderful. He remembered us the second time we entered and knew exactly what we wanted. His recommendations were always spot on. Kadek was also a wonderful example of the great employees Celebrity has. Kadek was extremely attentive and he and Zaza were super to us every night. Diana in Blu - the one night we ate there - was a delight and gave us marvelous service. Mimi (her nickname) a dealer in the casino was also a treat. And it was wonderful to visit with Ira on the Edge. On our Edge New Year's cruise, she was in the Retreat Lounge and took special care of us. When I found out she worked in Eden, I immediately went to see her. Before I even said hello, she ran over and remembered me from New Years. This was very special for me and I visited her a few times during the cruise and saw her one time working in the bar area of the buffet. The ice cream lady - and I'm sorry I do not know her name, worked like crazy and she also needs to be recognized.

I love the fact that the suite class Luminae, Retreat and sun deck are all located in the forward area of the ship. Especially since our cabin was located in that area.

love the bed location and it was very comfortable as were the pillows. the bathroom is great and I like the glass door enclosure on the shower. the bathroom is a great design.
