I was disappointed to find that almost all the beer was American. I hoped for a more European drinking experience. The food choices included regional selections which i liked. The staff were friendly as always. We enjoyed exploring the ports by ourselves. It would be so nice if there was a way to dim the lights on part of the deck to see the stars while at sea

I would not recommend this cruise line. The best part of the cruise was being able to get off of the ship at a Port every day I definitely would not recommend the excursions we were almost left behind at a port with another couple of the excursions were definitely not as described.

Terrible experience, not for kids. Ports of Call not for kids!

Overall, we were happy and there were many things we enjoyed. We experienced some great service, but also some not so great service. However, I would possibly consider Celebrity again if it made sense. If the mishap with our reservation was handled correctly and remedied on the ship, we most likely would be Celebrity loyal as I was hoping to find a cruise line to build credit with. Prior to this trip, I planned on booking the Norwegian Fjords cruise with Celebrity next August, but I am hesitant now as I do not want to take a chance on my reservation getting messed up again and spending the entire cruise with a package less than what I was promised and paid for.

I would highly recommended it worth every penny but lots of walking in each port.

My overall experience at this cruise was remarkable...the experience and the memories of this trip will stay with me for a lifetime.

Great cruise but small hiccups. Disembarking in Nice was terrible and disorganized but food service and every other port was great.

Guys if you don’t care about food and don’t mind Italians acting like they own the ship then please go ahead and book with Costa. Other than that even their laundry service ruined our clothes.

Ship is beautiful and food is great. The room is spacious. The service needs a lot of work and staff needs to be informative of what they are selling and what they serve.

It was hot, not enough time to do the Italy excursions. we felt rushed. the Symphony of the Seas crew were great, and the ship was beautiful. Prepare to spend some extra money on board for expenses. Bring some Euros prior to cruising. the Exchange is cheaper in the US Overall, we had a wonderful time and seen a lot of beautiful and historical places

You have to purchase excursions. The ports do not have enough to see if you plan to stay near the boat.

The crew was great. I only met 1 staff member who I thought was not great. The ship was nice. Tender and getting back on the ship needed help, Excursions needed more information for some or to do what was listed. Overall it was a fun time with the family and we did buy more cruise vouchers. DO NOT USE THE AIRFARE THROUGH NCL WORST PART OF THE TRIP. IF I THOUGHT THE OTHER PARTS WERE LIKE THIS I WOULD NEVER GO BACK.

Overall Enjoyable onboard experience. Nice ship. Great staff. Shore excursions were overall poorly managed and did not meet expectations, and, thus, overpriced.

We will never book a Royal Caribbean cruise again. IF, we go as a family, we will book Celebrity or higher. If just my husband and me....Seabourn or Ritz Carlton Yachts.

Great cruise line, loved seeing "real" people as the workers. They were allowed ro be themselves at any shape, size, color, etc. Shows were wonderful, food great, the only downside to me is the app and the pool.

Our cruise was as much and more as we had expected. The service was amazing everywhere on the ship. We only wish we had more time at the ports of call as a significant chunk of time on most of the excursions was traveling back and forth.

Amazing vacation! The ship is wonderdul and the staff makes you feel like family. A great way to explore multiple European cities, without the hassle of moving hotels and spending time in a car or bus.

Not a cruise for single mid 20's, adult children. Food is mediocre.
