Review summary

Ship is beautiful and food is great. The room is spacious. The service needs a lot of work and staff needs to be informative of what they are selling and what they serve.

We Purchased the Fun Pack and the sale was misleading and there isnt any accountability on the Amusement area. Very Poor and be careful and make sure you know what you are purchasing online.

Service and Staff

We were given a bottle of Prosecco and 2 MSC flutes and the house cleaning took them and claim they are not to be given but clearly the Bon Voyage package claims the Flutes are a gift. Also, we were escorted to our elevator when we arrived late to dinner. This was very unprofessional. Also, going to guest services is like wasting your time in line because they will not help you. I am not selfish and like donating but do not just add foundation charges on my account without my consent.

The only issue I had with the Cabin service was our Flutes were taken and the staff claims they were not to keep but in the Bon Voyage package claims they were to keep.

Ship tip

Have you staff more informative with packages you sale, have more control of customers detailed billing , offer packages with customer full awareness what they are paying.

All of our luggages was tampered. We all had Disney Tags and they were all removed or ripped off. We left baggage outside and once we collected them, they were all gone. We had to purchase new tags.
