I would not recommend this cruise line. The best part of the cruise was being able to get off of the ship at a Port every day I definitely would not recommend the excursions we were almost left behind at a port with another couple of the excursions were definitely not as described.

Food and Dining

The main dining room food was not very good. Not many different choices. Specialty restaurant was awesome. Great habachi food and experience. The best food on the cruise was the pizza restaurant and burgers, however you must pay for all those choices. We did not have drinks.
Onboard Activities

We used the Thermal spa. Loved it!! Fitness was big however it was so crowded, too crowded for a workout.
Entertainment

Shows were typical cruise ship shows. Disappointed that they did not have a comedian! However to get to see a show was impossible. The stage is poorly designed, so many unused seating because there are obstructed views and the worst part was that you needed to be there at LEAST 2 hours ahead to get a seat! We were only able to see 2 shows… very disappointed!!

Service and Staff

Staff was amazing. Most staff spoke English so they were able to help us, and if they did not speak English, they would get us someone nearby to help.
Ship Quality

Design and layout very confusing. We were lost for most of our cruise. Elevators were terrible! Often passing us by on the floor. Rugs were very dirty throughout the entire ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Awesome room! Bed very uncomfortable however our cabin Steward quickly remedy that and got us a topper.
Ship tip
One thing that was very different for us. Is that people get on and off at every port. I don’t mean for an excursion I mean to join this cruise. So we were constantly seeing different people aboard the ship.
Nice and easy debarkation, yet one star???? Why, if it was so good? Also, were your excursions through the ship or third party? If the ship, then it does not matter if your excursion is late, the ship will (well, most lines) wait for your group to get back (assuming it is not one that ends in town and lets you wander back).
