Could not upload all the photos of the industrial sites visited. Supporting Russian entertainment should not be allowed. Going in circles on the North Sea for 2 days plus is not my idea of a good cruise. Terrible.

Great cruise except for lack of Viking personnel at departing airport

This was one of the top five cruises we’ve taken…and especially exciting to me as I saw the cities in Southern Norway that my mother’s family came from.

Very clean, we had a wheelchair much assistance needed and received much appreciated!, food excellent! But ship quiet. little to do. many lectures which were wonderful, but a little excitement might have been good.

We had an awesome time on this cruise. The northern lights were spectacular. We appreciated the on board expert regarding the northern lights. We really enjoyed the excursions. It's a very beautiful part of the world.

Went to see Northern Lights. - Success! Met new friends and had an excellent time.

Based on our other cruise experiences, we would not consider Viking again unless they had an itinerary that we could not get on another cruise line.

Very boring. Good for 70’s and up. You should buy the equipment to see the lights beforehand, otherwise you won’t see anything.

We loved visiting a Norway, truly a wonderful experience. Our third Viking trip in 12 months- love the line, but not quite up to our experience on the Sun. That was a tad disappointing for us.

This cruise was to see Northern light and we all got to see it. I feel very privileged. We are from Texas so not much chance to see them. One of the best cruises.

Interesting cities were visited. Saw the Northern Lights from the ship. Snowy weather.

The Haven was amazing. The staff made EVERY aspect of the cruise more enjoyable and stress free. So I think we would have had a different experience if we were in not in a suite.

They need to improve the communication to passengers. I’ve been on a lot of cruises so we figured things out, but this boat could do a lot to make the trip more fun. It was freezing cold and the only smoking room was outside. My impression is that the staffs job is to sell you stuff you don’t need. Felt really pressured to spend which wasn’t much fun

As first time NCL passenger I was surprised by the overall value for money.

Copenhagen to St. Petersburg and Baltic capitals was outstanding trip. Each port provided interesting experience. English was spoken every where and VISA credit card avoided need to get Kroners, Euros, Rubbles, etc. People friendly. Recommend this trip to everyone.

This was our 5th NCL cruise. We will not be taking another. No towels on the bed, no Captains dinner, Everything was an upcharge.(drinks, specialty, coffee after dinner.) Activities were lame.

FOOD WAS TERRIBLE ALL OVER EXCEPT O'SHEENAN'S . FOOD ON 15TH FLOOR SAME ALL THE TIME. FOOD AT THE TROPICANA IS THE SAME STORY. SHANGHAI RESTAURANT YOU SHOULD CLOSE. FOOD TRUCKS COOKS BETTER THAN YOUR FOOD. WE WERE AT THE NCL EPIC LAST YEAR AND NO COMPLAIN. EVEN THE FOOD AT CARNIVAL AND ROYAL CARRIBEAN ARE BETTER. NCL GETAWAY IS A DISAPPOINTMENT.

Worse cruise ever. Captain Teo Radun made decisions way in advance to cancel ports of Iceland which was the whole featured destination of this cruise. In addition weather reports did not support his reason for cancelling these ports. Everyone we talked to on ship was very disappointed and agreed that Iceland destination was the only reason they were on this cruise. Iceland cruises are also higher cost than other cruises because of this destination and passengers were given a 'discount' of a whole $60 for missing these two ports. Also they gave us a promise of 25% off a future cruise which is ridiculous. We should not have to cruise with them again to get this discount. It should be refunded on the amount we paid for this cruise. Actually a rating of 3.9 is higher than I would ever give to this cruise. This is Captains fault not the crew though.

I cannot emphasize how much I appreciated Captain Teo's decision to cancel certain stops and made every effort to add different ports to our itinerary due to nature's challenges--high winds--that we encountered for several days. He is to be commended for his caring thoughts/actions and concern for our safety. I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise because every Norwegian city was absolutely stunning, and the fjords are spectacular. What a lovely way to view nature's beauty! I look forward to more Norwegian cruises in the future.

The ship that we sailed on obviously wasn’t equipped to handle the seas that they were navigating on they had skipped three different ports due to weather and seem completely content to keep us on board spending money with the cruise line overall experience was very poor. Look up NCL spirit riot .
