Overall we had a great time. A few things that were not so great.

The cost was a bit more than we expected after we realized there were very few things that are actually included other than the buffet.

The connection options on the boat are awful for staying in touch with land. We have kids staying at grandma's so that was a bit unnerving.

The return was too early for us...it docked at 7:30 and wanted us off the boat by 9:30 Sunday. So be careful if you are partying too hard on Saturday night. 

For the price we paid this Cruise to Nowhere wound up being the Cruise from hell. The staff was very disorganized and rude. Far from the service we've experienced on other cruises in the past. The ship was extrememly rocky - hundreds were ill. Come to find out the portside engine wasn't working therefore the stabilizer wasn't either. Practically every bar ran out of domestic beer. The wait for payout at the casino averaged 45 minutes. Tables weren't cleared in the dining rooms and waitstaff were unattentive to customers needs. Very disappointed. It was more like an overpriced booze cruise.

The entertainment was engaging, the food was great and the rooms where immaculate.  We got a tour of the different room types the ship offers and there is so much to choose from.  I regret not getting to try the north star but highly recommend to others to give it a try!  It was an inaugural sailing for us so too short!!  But I would sail again and felt that we had a very good experience.

The ship was nice. Beautiful interior.The only thing I wasn't happy with was the fact that if you got on the wrong elevator either in the back, mid, or front of the ship you couldn't get to certain places on the ship from those elevators. You were blocked off and had to walk to the right elevator and go up or down from that point. Not very good for the elders that were traveling with us.

Ship is very nice and for a large ship very easy to get arround. There were lots of pools, but lounges arround the pool were hare to get unless you got up early. If you did not want or need a lounge chair near a pool there were lots to be had.

The ship was beautiful and well maintained. The buffet always was full of food and always staffed. The staff was very nice and helpful. Ohhhh get the concierge app for your iPhone! Awesome app it tells you what you have spent and what's going on in the ship and how to navigate around.

The Dream needs to be euthanized! Couldn't eat without a reservation. So much for Freestyle! If you didn't have a reservation you couldn't eat until 10pm and by then everything was gone. Can't get breakfast after 9:00am! No beer left on board by 4pm on the first night! Never had a top sheet on my bed just a dirty comforter that I am sure had not been washed recently. Did not change my sheets. Water pipe burst on Sunday in front of my cabin and flooded my cabin entryway. Had to evacuate in a moments notice!

Ship was just out of dry dock so most everything was re-done. We had Aqua Stateroom and the bathroom was very nice as that was one of the areas re-done. The Casino was small and had a lot of problems but eventually corrected. If you are a non-smoker this is a place you do not want to go. The Lido Deck buffet has made changes, one of which no trays to carry plates and now there is no buffet line to get food as they now have stations along the way.

The ship was beautiful and was kept sparkling clean! Our oceanview cabin fit us three fine and the beds were very comfortable! It was a perfect size for our two night cruise and we didn't have trouble finding anything.

The food was terrible. worse than cafateria style. and not much of a selection . midnight buffet was a reheat of the same food from luncha nd dinner. we ordered beer by the bucket which was 6 beers on 3 different occasions they were all skunked( bad beer) not onlywere they bad but they did not have a full selection of beer it was all left over .

ship was very nice. but the food wass not worth the wait , which was substantial everywhere you went.stand in line all day to eat. extra fees almost every where you go.

After being on other Cruise Ships that were not Norwegian, I was not happy at all with anything on the ship. I felt it was under staffed.

This was one of the best cruises I have been on. It was the perfect combination of relaxation, top notch food, and great entertainment.

We sailed on the new NCL ship the Noregain Pearl and it was outrageous. I have gone on a few cruises, normally on Royal Caribbean ships and eventhough I think their cruise are wonderful I had never seen a ship like this. This has been the most spectacular ship I have seen. THe minute you get on board you feel like true royalty. The service was great, the food was good. Unfortunately we only went on a 1 day cruise and it really left you wanting more. I would definitely cruise onboard again.

SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS 2 DAY IN THE WINTER. LOST  the USE OF 2 OUTSIDE DECKS. EVERYONE CONFIDE TO THE INDOORS.  CROWDED. FOOD WAS OKAY.

ROCK OF AGES WAS RAUCHY AND CAMPY. I did like the music and some of dance # BURN THE FLOOR WAS GOOD And enjoy the restaurant and dinner there. Like the Irish pub and able to take out food from there. to you room. Rooms were small no draws. Could not see 4 people in my cabin for a week. We had 2.                                          

Loved the New Orleans jazz group Cooking Band.

Really not enough time to find your way around.

One of the smallest ships in their fleet. Tough to be out on in storm. Needed more staff. Had to wait more than an hour to eat. Freestyle dining equated to waiting in line to be seated for over an hour. Tough to do with a 9 yr old. The room was decent.

We waited in lines all weekend. I think 45 minutes to get a drink or to have a meal is unacceptable. The food was horrible!!! No one seemed to know what was going on. The itenary was boring. The casino was overcrowed and smokey. We had to wait 45 minutes for a 20.00 payoff. Then you had to fill out paper work as if you won millions. This was a test cruise to see if we would like a 7 day cruise, I will never go on another cruise. It was not worth the money or my time.

We took this beautiful new ship for a weekend cruise. It was short, but very worth it. The ship was wonderful. We never slept. There was so much to do. We have already booked a longer cruise on this ship. I can not wait. The only thing I have changed on my next cruise is the cabin. We were in an outside room. We were never in the room. This time we booked an inside room. The outside rooms were the same size as inside.

The staff was disorganized, ill-equipped to handle all of the passengers and actually looked like they were surprised to see us. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. The food (when you could find it was inedible) and the bars were understocked and overcrowded. There was no beer left on the ship 1hour into the cruise. The ship was unclean, the bathrooms were dirty, ugh! Don't EVER cruise with Norwegian!

Cabin was dirty, dirty underwear, smoking materials left on balcony, glass door feel off in bathroom toilet, no coffee left on morning of debarkation, some guests were loud and obnoxious and people could not enjoy shows or other things. Someone should have spoken to them to knock it off, they were not the only people at the show or games and such. Why was Massachusetts tax being charged in Masachusetts when we have no tax on liquor? This was my sister's first cruise and she will not go again. My famiily will never travel on Norwegian again, I have been on other cruises and have not seen anything like this. Dirty glasses and cups. What a disgrace!
