Was on the Regal last year at Christmas as well. This year the Regal was a few steps behind across the board. Would sail the Regal again and hope for a better experience. We are Elite on Princess but maybe stone to explore other cruise lines.

Wonderful experiences throughout the cruise including all of our excursions. We had a room above a noisy pipe issue so our sleep was greatly effected throughout the entire cruise. In addition, the guest services department was slow to remedy the issue and update us until just days before the cruise was over. The noise was never fixed.

We had a great time with lots of activity. We never danced as much as we did on this trip

This cruise was “ok”. Our itinerary was changed twice while on cruise, did not go to any of the ports identified when booked. This was upsetting. Can’t be helped “due to weather” or what not. Still not sure what weather issues since the reports showed sunny. Our last port before coming back was Jamaica….. so disorganized. Every body was confused about their excursions. It was chaos. We wasted so much time to and from our excursion. Maybe getting 2.5 hours of actual beach time. There were many service issues on ship which required myself and other person in cabin needing to go to guest services several times throughout our cruise. Just disappointing having to waste so much time in this line. “The local” on ship restaurant had one of the worst services provided. Latency in getting our order placed before others, orders not fully coming out… just frustrating. Though i appreciate the staff maintaining a positive attitude, not impressed. As for the good: There is plenty to do on ship. KINKY BOOTS & CHOIR OF MEN, were great shows to attend. The casino on board kept us entertained our entire trip. The specialty dining was awesome and exceeded expectations at each one we booked. I don’t consider myself a cruise snob, but I have been on several NCL ships. Encore didn’t really meet my expectations over all. This was a Christmas/birthday vacation, seemed like a lot of things missed the mark.

This 5 day cruise has 3 sea days and 2 ports. We had wonderful weather and a calm sea state. The cruise had a large number of families celebrating the holidays so the pools were ofter very crowded. The ship was empty on the port days.

If this is how you are normally treated on a cruise we will never be traveling again

This is our 5th Cruise and I will never Cruise with any other Company! NCL is the Best!

Great time. Book excursions with the cruiseline as this was peak season and tours got delayed

We had a wonderful first family cruise on MSC. The ship was clean and very updated. Food was great in the main dining room but the buffet was sometimes not so good. We missed one of our ports due to bad weather but that couldn't be helped. The bars and lounges offered plenty of seating and the bar staff was always very friendly and got our drinks out right away. I feel the kids area was lacking activities because our 10 yr old kept saying he was bored but our older teen children always found things to do. The broadway theater shows are some of the best we have ever seen on a cruise ship. I would definitely recommend this ship if looking for a great value and want to experience cruising.

Overall I enjoyed my cruise and had an amazing time and experience. I will definitely do this again.

The Bahamas and Caribbean 8-day cruise was a fantastic experience. We visited beautiful islands and enjoyed activities such as Grand Turk snorkeling , Princess Cays kayaking , Nassau city tours and exploring local markets. The ship was comfortable and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a memorable vacation filled with relaxation and adventure.

We were suppose to have two $75 credits for our main two rooms. We had put all of our charges on one room during the week. We asked 2x that they apply the second room onto the first and both desk people said they would and it never happened. Got off the ship and saw the final bill and it was never applied. These people will tell you one thing to your face and then it never happens. Never sale with them again.

It was so nice to vacation with the family on this great cruise. We all had our own rooms which made it easier to rest and nap when needed. The food and drinks were great. The entertainment was so enjoyable and our waiters and room stewards were very reliable and gave us a great restful and happy vacation!

This was a wonderful trip to cure the school blues!

Cruise was great, but do the Circumstances of how I was treated by the guess service, I was having second thoughts about cruising with princess again , But thanks To dinning restaurant director, Nicola I am lack of words to express my gratitude. The way he treated us he made me change my mind he made the big difference his service was super. Princess need more people like him

It was my first cruise. Despite some of the let downs re entertainment. I did enjoy my time on the Ship. The service provided was exemplary.
