Overall I had a great experience. I especially enjoyed the cruise director Lawrence. He was great. Very funny and entertaining.

We took our family of 7. We had two rooms. The kids found friends. We all enjoyed ourselves. Great food and lots of fun. Makes us want to go again :-)

Our cruise was wonderful! The boat is the perfect size and we enjoyed all aspects! I would recommend Royal Caribbean, specifically Freedom of the Seas to everyone!

Nice cruise for a first timer. I wanted to do an older ship before I cruised a newer ship, just in case I was spoiled from newer experiences of being onboard.

We’ve been fans of Carnival for more than five years. The size of the ship without expanding amenities (more pools, more restaurants, more guest services) just made it feel crowded. We will stick to the smaller ships or choose a different cruise line for the mega ships.

From stepping into the terminal, the process is efficient and streamlined, easy and yet thorough! All food venues were tried and not disappointed. The spa personnel were professional and prompt with treatments. Personnel that were exemplary were the Playmakers staff Emilio, Rose, Glen, and Ryan and our stateroom attendant Agunal. All other staff were excellant! Ports were sufficent for a five day cruise. There is a lot packed into this cruise.

Very unhappy with this Carnival Cruise. Too many children. Very unorganized at ports. Ports had rocks so swimming was impossible. I will not go a Carnival Cruise again. We choose the cruise because of the Charleston Port. Fairly close to where we live. Driving distance. This was a mistake.

This was our first cruise in 5 years because of the pandemic and health issues in our family. I can certainly tell you that traveling is much different than it used to be. Alot of work which tends to take some of the enjoyment out of the cruise. Too many details to adhere to with the Medallion App and scheduling dinners and activities.

First cruise I went on. I enjoyed the experience on Nassau. First time going to another country.

Wonderful cruise wanted to stay on another 3 days if we could go back to grand turk or amber cove LOL..

We have been on several cruise lines over the years and Royal Caribbean seems to stand above them all! The size of the ship, the routes that we took, and mostly, the staff made our experience wonderful and something to remember.

The 10 night eastern Caribbean with Celebrity was a very good experience for us, we never spent Christmas on a cruise and I can only recommend it :). The staff was amazing, very good atmosphere overall. Looking forward for our next experience.

Crowded with long lines for food at buffets. The adults only section was better without crowds. Overall ok cruise but wouldn't go again.

We enjoyed the cruise! This was our first cruise and we will do in the future sometimes more cruises.

Overall the ship is great, as one would expect with a new ship, and the crew seemed eager to please. We have sailed on Carnival in the past so know what to expect in terms of service, meals, and entertainment. Despite being at near capacity of 6700 passengers, deck chairs at the Lido pool or in the vicinity were not hard to come by. There are several pools, and the Serenity area seems to be larger than on smaller ships. Bar service and restaurant service was great, sometimes excellent, sometimes just okay, but with a new ship and probably some new crew members, all in all they did a great job. We have been to all t he ports in the past, and everybody has their own opinions of what they want to do or see in a port, so to me it is really what you want to do that counts, not so much the actual port. We did choose this cruise to experience the new ship, since we have been to these ports, but certainly had a great time in all 4 ports. I will say that the change to the sliding door on the balcony cabins to the balcony and the solid glass shower door that has been used on the Mardi Gras and Celebration are very welcomed upgrades from previous ships. Some say it makes the bathroom feel smaller, but it is still a cruise ship bathroom, and it is what it is.

Beautiful ship, enjoy Le Petit Chef , which Solarium was not enclosed, but go retract in nice weather , main pool too crowded.

My experience was not the best. We had to rent a wheelchair for $145. This is not a disabled customer friendly environment. I am still fuming about the change in itinary with no explanation.

For the entrainment and time on the ship it was an excellent trip.

Cookie, the cruise director was awesome! As I said earlier, there were too many teenagers on this cruise for me and my wife to really enjoy the relaxation that were we trying to enjoy. This is not a knock on Carnival. The serenity Deck needs to be addressed. There needs to be an age limit or some type of control. There were many under age. The spa area was too small. We never got the chance to get in.
