Most wonderful room everything was great except for the water temperature wouldn't get to hot just luke warm you know. Heat was not working in our stateroom ocean balcony suite and we asked for service twice and it went to the supervisor level and still nothing was done, so the first 2 nights of sleeping were very cold leaving out of charleston 22 degrees at the time then next 4 nights were fine because we were in hotter climate by this time, then on the last night going back to Charleston it was cold again. So nothing ever got fixed with the heat :(
Everything else was absolutely perfect, from room service to our housekeeper CINDY who was absolutely perfect at everything, Just call and she was there.

Get your top shelf LIQUOR early, and the Havana bar is so very elegant
Had lunch with real dominican's at there restaurant overlooking the mountains, it was so beautiful, we had a crew of 10 folks and rented a van to take us to umbrella city and nice restaurant.
