From stepping into the terminal, the process is efficient and streamlined, easy and yet thorough! All food venues were tried and not disappointed. The spa personnel were professional and prompt with treatments. Personnel that were exemplary were the Playmakers staff Emilio, Rose, Glen, and Ryan and our stateroom attendant Agunal. All other staff were excellant! Ports were sufficent for a five day cruise. There is a lot packed into this cruise.

All of the ship's staff was exceptional as usual for Royal. Main dining was the first night and the chaos was minimal for this cruise, Wises was helping and promoted teamwork and quidance. Second night was Izumi Hibachi- our hostess was most helpful to arrange so we might come back on Thursday as well! Willie and Reggie cared for us like family. Food was fabulous! Third night was Chops where Anna, Anthony, and Wisis checked on us and took care of us. A bday celebration with a duck to commemorate the occassion for a 10 year old. Always enjoy the Chops Grilll! Hibachi was the fourth night with Egbus and his assistant. again great sevice and great food! Jamie's Italian was the fifth night and Chihamen provided us with all te personality and service of good food and company. Never disappointed!

Playmakers Rose Glen Ryan Emilio Exemplary service, passion for their job! Same for Anthony in schooner and Joe in Sy Bar! Agunal was our stateroom attendant and the fastest cleaner on fleet. Always left towels animals for all of us, such a delight! Wisis, Anna, Willie, Reggie, Egbus Anthony, Chihamen, and Im sure Im missing a few of the fabulous personnel that took care of us!

huge stateroom with a comfy couch pullout. I slept on it just so I could realize its comfort and review it. Very comfy. Balcony was starboard and we enjoyed watching the ship speed through the water to our next port
Ship tip
Great ship with all the amenities of a much larger ship, however half the work of walking the length of the larger ships!
organized with excellent flow. If the bus has not beed 45 minutes late leaving us standing in 32 degree weather it might have been better. Communicatin is key!
