Ok- I was extremely disappointed in holiday decorations and events- that was main reason we chose this time of year wanted grand girls to see ship decorated----but was not the case!! very minimal and few poinsettias were either dead or severely maimed But, great family time and the "duck hunting" was superior!!

Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Our state room attendant was at tentative and honored all request but nothing extra/bartenders were great/dining staff doing the best they can/we had table seating issues even though i had made reservations months in advance because a party of seven and with two younger children. WE had to wait every night seems not good table management on our side of house as we saw parties our size or larger being seated without reservations before us?

Spacious balcony cabin -number not offered above/great location/clean orderly-nice size-again just needs update
Could have done better. We carried off our luggage and stood on outside deck in 40 degree weather with 20 mph winds for about 35 minutes before opened doors to move!!!
Sorry you were disappointed with the Christmas decorations. Fortunately we had great one on the Sky Princess. It also one of my favorite things about cruising near Christmas. We cruise Carnival in October for the Halloween decorations. Just part of the experience. Appreciate your feedback.
We were on several late November/December cruises, all had decorations for Christmas and Chanukah. Nothing overly crazy, like some suburban houses that can probably be seen from space, but definitely festive
The cruise lines have a very diverse customer base from all sorts of countries and religious backgrounds. They can't possibly decorate for everything - why expect them to go all out for Christmas?
