This was the worst cruise I have ever been on. From the waste of money with the priority boarding, to the salt room being out of order, the shows not being available, and the shortened port times, it was incredibly disappointing. We treated my mother and my aunt to this cruise and were excited for them to see why we enjoy cruising so much. Unfortunately it was not a good experience and they don't understand the appeal of cruising.

Boat is beautiful and food was ok, but the service was the worse we ever experienced cruising. Room temperature was not cool enough and the staff not helpful or friendly/polite

What is with the no spoon policy? Menus like Carnival without the favorites you can always get on Carnival. We have not been on Carnival for several months -- but, as far as I know Carnival still has spoons. This is why I say: "food worst than Carnival"

The ship was beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious. Our staff was very efficient and friendly. We definitely will cruise again on the MSC Meraviglia.

Food at buffet was sometimes warm mostly cold..place some microwaves to heat it up around by the coffeemakers people would not complain so much...

Enchanted Princess is a new ship. She’s a beauty with several modern aspects to her. Onboard, she can wow you. The newly designed medallion interface with the ship and other people is very helpful. But there is a feeling that big brother is watching you 24/7, that’s just me. Overall a different plus.

Great staff on the ship. Good food. Corporate Norwegian doesn’t care nor respect its customers

Five nights was a good length for a quick getaway. The weekday sailing while schools are not on any kind of break, kept the number of children moderate. You take a chance on the weather being windy. The ship is so comfortable and manageable. If you like to relax and be on the ocean and eat well, you'll enjoy it. Musicians were superb. If chipped paint here and there bothers you, choose another ship.

the cruise was pack every where ,in the buffet you cant walk we went once,the steaks in the manhattan and taste restaurants was like rubber,the Carney was excellent.needs more personel to handle this many people in the cruise,making reservation for a show and when you get there is cancel,needs to clean those chimney,this port by isla verde airport is a disaster you need to get to the one in old san juan ,Jorge Diaz 973-997-9733

Got my moneys worth in this vacation but wouldn’t recommend this ship it’s old and in need of repairs

We were very pleased overall with this cruise! We enjoyed the ship and there were a lot of activities to keep everyone busy. Entertainment was very good, enjoyed the shows and the Dueling Piano performances. H20/Spice is a great venue for the night time parties. Staff was friendly and all worked very hard. We saw a few passengers complaining about minimal things, but people...you're on vacation, let it go and enjoy. We booked this cruise knowing that we would not be getting off on several of the ports and enjoyed the quietness of the ship during those days. Take some time to enjoy the Waterfront. We paid for the show Velvet which was extra but well worth it. We also paid to go in the Ice Bar which was pretty cool. Overall this was a very good cruise and we enjoyed ourselves!

They must have cut staffing since Covid. It is very noticeable in their service. My wife and I will not cruise Carnival again.

Good cruise for the short time. The local dancers on the island grabbed me and asked for personal tip. I felt intimidated

Although the cruise was far from perfect, we had a great time and are looking forward to our next cruise.

My husband and I went on a cruise to the Southern Caribbean from 1/8-1/20/23. We went with other friends. Embarkation went smoothly. Once onboard, we had lunch at Savor. Food was very good, although, portions were small. Other complimentary restaurants that we ate at included O"Sheehans (Yum), the Tropicana Room (very good, took almost 2 hours), Savor(very good, ate there several times), and the Garden Cafe (crowded, but food was good). Our specialty restaurants included Teppanyaki (Excellent), Cagneys (Good), LeBistro (Good), Moderno (Good), and Ocean Blue (my favorite). Enjoyed the 80's dance at Spice H2O, but found the exhaust from the ship's smoke stack came down into the area. Didn't mind the smell, but did not realize that I would not feel well most of the next day. My friends also experienced the same feeling. The ship in general is beautiful and easy to get around. We all noticed that the ship was not running right. We experienced a lot of shaking when at the back which included many of the restaurants especially on the lower decks. Our Club Balcony Suite (10208) was wonderful. There was plenty of room for 2 people to stretch out and relax. The balcony was sufficient for the two of us to sit outside. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage. Our Room Steward was Herbert and he was wonderful and very friendly. My favorite bar area to get drinks was on the pool deck (Waves). The bartenders were extremely friendly and provided great entertainment when interacting with the passengers. NCL excursions were hot and cold. We loved the Coastal Cruise, Steel Band and Beach. Our group also did the Antigua Beach Escape with Lunch. The beach we were taken to was not the original one. The beach was beautiful, the lunch provided was good. However, the conditions of the facilities were very primitive and not clean. We still had a good time. In all, we had a wonderful 12 day cruise. Can't wait until we plan our next cruise.

The cruise was great overall. I just wish the itineraries were offered and had some new offerings. Everyone has been to Nassau, Costa Maya, and Cozumel.

Had a great time and it was a beautiful ship. Too many people and did not care for new menu. Perfect weather and great shows.

The cruise was ok we almost make the best of our vacations, but Royal Caribbean is by far a better cruise line. We thought we were saving money with the open bar, free at sea but by the time we added all the upcharges and the lack of entertainment amenities we didn't save and didn't have as nice of experience.

No cruise is a bad cruise, IMHO. however, I was disappointed in the lack of shows in the big theatre place. One of my favorite things to do. Food was not as good as usual. Lots of waving in the back of the boat.

It was a great cruise! We can't wait for the next one!
