We traveled with friends and had the best time. The ports were warm and wonderful as leaving New Orleans we were in the brunt of a cold snap. It was exactly what was needed in January.

We had a great time, very relaxing, lots to do if you wanted but many ways to just relax as well.

The ports were great, but the ship itself left a lot to be desired. We will likely not do Norwegian again.

First cruise since the beginning of covid. Many Things have changed, Feel Royal is more concerned about the new ships and younger cruisers than with the people that have cruised with them for many years. My wife and I enjoy cruising and hope Royal starts to realize they are driving their older cruisers that have been with them for years feel left out with all the new changes for younger families.

We had a great cruise. Rosario our headwaiter and Paula our assistant waiter were absolutley fabulous!

Overall this was a great cruise as first timers. We did not enjoy the cabin size but we enjoyed the balcony. We also love the food and all other cruise experiences including the port experiences.

I am a fan of Norwegian and have been on the Getaway and the Breakaway several times in the last few years. I hate to say it but, of more than 50 cruises I have taken, this one was probably the worst. Of course, Norwegian can't be blamed for the cold and winds but, with the pool closed most of the time and ports being cancelled, there wasn't much to do. We were extremely disappointed that we were entitled to four specialty dinners and could not get a reservation for a single one. Do not sell specialty dinners if you can't accommodate them! Very long lines at the bars and waiters taking drink orders were hard to find. Very disappointing cruise.

great trip, staff was great and the experience is memorable

Our cruise started off with a cancelation of Roatan, a port I was excited about visiting. Next the captain decided to cancel Costa Maya due to high winds. Next we decided not to visit Belize (a replacement port for Roatan) due to no excursions and nothing at port itself. Our 1 and only port was Cozemel. However, the excursion we had setup went out of business. So needless to say all three excursions I had setup didn't materialize, which was unfortunate.

food was average. Italian specialty was not good and staff rude. Pig and Anchor dinner was awful. Dining Room Brunch was the best

My husband and I went on our first cruise with MSC in October of 2022. We have been on for cruises since then, all on MSC. We have nothing but good things to say about all our cruises. Keep up the good work. MSC.

Great Carnival Cruise, staff food everything was perfect!!

We would definitely sail with Holland America again. Definitely a step-up from Carnival. Only disappointment was not being able to stop at Half Moon Key due to the waether.

It’s a great option for families, particularly those with young kids. There were plenty of characters for the kids to meet every day. The special Marvel Day was great.

Love sea days and gambling. For you that do not go to the formal dinning (two nights) because you do not want to want to formal up there is another dinning room called C-Bang and offers small portions of wonderful Mexican and Chinese food for no cost. You can go there every evening if you want. You might order several items to fill you up. Wonderful staff. Sign up early for dinning on you cruise app at whatever time you want to eat there.

It did not disappoint in any aspect! This trip was 18 months in the making and worth the wait. The ship is gorgeous. The crew is amazing.

We really like RC. Some meals a little lackluster, always enjoy Windjammer. Biggest negative would have to be excursion to "Fantasy Island" in Roatan. I think RC dropped the ball on this partnership. It appears to be an old run down wanna be resort. Pretty beach but that's about it. I think RC should rethink this one. Cozumel and Tulum Mayan ruins made up for it.

Overall we had a pleasant experience. I'm not sure if we'd cruise with Royal again for reasons such as lack of entertainment for teens, having an Arcade Room that you must pay for each game, lack of seafood during dining.
